UZI !!!!! Damn its good to see you back man. Sorry to hear your stuff got ripped off. How ya been doing? Everything all good at the top of Oregon?

I am good...
Yeah, I had it all togather (Laptop, 2 TB External Drive, 160 GB External Drive, and all Accessories and wires)
because I had just gotten back from Texas ande took it all with me and I had been at a friends on the internet
and when i was leaving I went out and threw the bag in the truck and i forgot my smokes or phone or something
and went back in and ended up messing around a couple more hours..  Came out, went to Safeway and missed
it when i got out and was gonna put it behind the seat...
It sucks...
He had just put up a 8 camera DVR 2 days before and it had where m truck was but he hadnt set up the recording yet.
Oh well..  Such is life in SE Portland...

Thanks for saying hi..., i got my Linux rig, but I am really busy lately, so i will be in and outta here

I have been putting together a binder that covers most survival scenarios. I put 2 coloring books in my daughters bag and few toys. Other than that the only books I will carry are light weight The Psychology of Revolution and The Crowd: A study of the popular mind. Hell my ammo by itself weighs 70 pounds so books are not a big priority.

The End of All Evil By Locke is outstanding!  I read it in two days last week.  It was recommended by Mark Passio in his Natural Law seminar.

It's about slaves and masters....how the few think they have authority over the rest.

That's definitely on my MUST READ SOON list! agreed.

I was alerted to a book that I saw mentioned on a prepper site I now forget... the book is called The Martian, by Andy Weir.
"The Martian is a 2011 science fiction novel. It was the second novel by American author Andy Weir and the first published under his own name. It was originally self-published in 2011 after which Crown Publishing purchased the rights and re-released it in 2014. The story follows an American astronaut, Mark Watney, as he becomes stranded alone on Mars and must improvise in order to survive."
Here is its wiki: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Martian_%28Weir_novel%29

And here is the movie on Archive.org
