Visa Unveils Plan To Burden Millennials With Billions In Debt

  • Visa has come up with a plan to add infinitely more debt to millennials who are working diligently as bartenders and waiters. Visa has unveiled a detailed timeline by which they can accomplish the task.
  • The thought process is as follows:
  • First, Visa estimates that all of those minimum wage jobs will be adding up to $8.3 trillion in personal income for millennials by 2025.

  • Next, Visa believes that millennials use cards for 57% of their spending, making them an attractive “target” for massive amounts of additional debt credit card marketing.
  • And finally, as a percentage of total available users, millennials use revolving credit more than any other generation.
  • How long will it take to market the idea, sell the credit, and wait for the debt to pile up? Why, not soon after college of course. Visa estimates that if done properly, banks and other credit card issuers can have millennials saddled with billions in new debt by the young age of 28.

A New Digital Cash System Was Just Unveiled At A Secret Meeting For Bankers In New York

  • Last month, a “secret meeting” that involved more than 100 executives from some of the biggest financial institutions in the United States was held in New York City.  During this “secret meeting“, a company known as “Chain” unveiled a technology that transforms U.S. dollars into “pure digital assets”.   there were representatives from Nasdaq, Citigroup, Visa, Fidelity, Fiserv and Pfizer in the room, and Chain also claims to be partnering with Capital One, State Street, and First Data.

By the end of the day, they had seen something revolutionary: U.S. dollars transformed into pure digital assets, able to be used to execute and settle a trade instantly.

 Digital dollars, however, are pre-loaded into a system like a blockchain. From there, they can be swapped immediately for an asset.

“Instead of a record or message being moved, it’s the actual asset,” Ludwin said. “The payment and the settlement become the same thing.”

  • Why this is so alarming is because we are seeing other major moves toward a cashless system all over the planet.

US economy is headed for a recession

  • This past week the U.S. government announced the country’s economy rose in the January-March 2016 at a mere 0.5 percent annual growth rate.
  • Growth this slow indicates the US economy may have “slipped into ‘stall speed’, that is, growth so weak that the economy loses enough momentum and slides into recession”, according to economists at JPMorgan Chase.
  • . Investment in business structures fell by -10.7 percent and investment in new equipment by -8.6 percent, .  Business inventories rose barely, by the smallest amount in two years, continuing a slowing trend of the past nine months.
  • And what about consumption, which constitutes about two thirds of the total US economy? US consumer spending has been growing at an average monthly rate of only 0.1 percent.
  • etail sales, the largest element of consumer spending, has fallen every month on average during the quarter.
  • A recent Gallup poll reported that 60 percent of those interviewed indicated the U.S. economy was “getting worse.
  • Exports are declining, residential housing construction recently plummeted. In other words, not many of the economic indicators that comprise GDP show a promising picture.
  • Young workers 30 years old or less are especially hard hit by this “‘well performing US economy.” A recent study by the Center for American Progress, for example, showed that 30 year old workers earn today the same pay, adjusted for inflation, that 30 year olds earned back in 1984.

Every Time This Has Happened, A Recession Followed

  • Three months ago the Fed released its Fourth Quarter “Senior Loan Officer Opinion Survey on Bank Lending Practices”, which revealed something ominous. It showed that in Q4, lending standards tightened for the second consecutive quarter. This was a problem because as Deutsche Bank pointed out at the time two consecutive quarters of tightening Commercial & Industrial loan standards “has never happened before without it signalling an eventual move into recession and a notable default cycle. Once we have 2 such quarters lending standards don’t net loosen again until the start of the next cycle.”
  • As of today, we now have three consecutive quarters of tightening lending standards. In fact, based on the latest survey, net lending standards tightenedeven more than during Q4

When A Nation Is Doomed – A Definition…

  • simple litmus test might be useful to judge just how ‘doomed’ the nation really is…
“When you see that in order to produce, you need to obtain permission from men who produce nothing;

when you see that money is flowing to those who deal not in goods, but in favors;

when you see that men get rich more easily by graft than by work;

and your laws no longer protect you against them, but protect them against you;

…you may know that your society is doomed.”

John Kerry’s Phony Push for Peace in Syria

  • Washington wants war, not peace.
  • Conflict will continue as long as its objective remains unattained. Its calls for peace ring hollow.
  • They discussed collapsed peace talks ahead of attempting another farcical effort to revive them. Kerry lied, saying Washington seeks “not just re-implementation of cessation, but a path forward for (it) to hold.”
  • US-backed terrorists continue ravaging parts of Aleppo they control, Syrian forces with Russian aerial support remain committed to liberate the city.
  • Fact: International law affirms the right of self-defense. Assad responsibly aims to liberate Syria from US-backed terrorists killing civilians, committing atrocities, wanting his legitimate government toppled.
