The net-zero agenda would destroy America. The products that we use today revolves around fossil fuels. We have now surpassed housing affordability compared to 2008. The [CB] follows the same pattern, increase rates, cause the economy to tip over the edge, bring rates down, recession. The [DS] is now trying everything to cheat in the elections. The Biden admin rejected the Save Act, because they don’t want to check to see who broke the law. Traitors are now forced out into the light. The 25th amendment will most likely be used on Biden either by him withdrawing or by force, the countdown has begun. Did Trump just signal that he is the real commander-in-chief?

Americans can’t afford Biden net-zero agenda 

  • Biden has issued executive orders targeting future domestic oil and natural gas supplies, which will make chemicals more expensive to produce and purchase. His agents at the Securities and Exchange Commission have proposed ESG reports to track carbon emissions from the farmer’s field to the family dinner table. And that’s just the start.
  • This misguided ideological climate agenda is designed to make fertilizers, tractors, trucks, heating and drying equipment, electricity, oil, gas, transportation, freezers, and food more expensive. The higher price tag for each stage of food production, from field to fork, is a feature, not a bug of the Biden economy. It is part and parcel of the Left’s concerted effort to make carbon energy more expensive and reduce consumption.
  • Europe’s electric companies foisted their higher energy costs on consumers, and residential and industrial power prices promptly rose 131% and 59%, respectively, between January 2021 and January 2022. Germany’s manufacturing and chemical industries were tagged with escalating cap-and-trade prices and taxes designed to curb emissions. They responded by spending hundreds of billions of dollars to leave Europe’s grid.
  • To better appreciate the costs American farms and households should soon expect, the Buckeye Institute modeled the anticipated expenses for the “social cost of carbon emissions” on a typical corn farm. Unsurprisingly, diesel fuel for trucks, tractors, and combines will be more expensive. The propane for powering grain dryers, heating barns, and commonly used nitrogen fertilizers will all cost more, too.
  • Once adopted, the Biden administration’s climate-control carbon pricing scheme will raise operating costs for farmers by at least $65,000 per year — a 34% spike.
  • But these price increases are not just the carnivore’s dilemma. Bananas will cost an extra 59%, strawberries will cost another 47%, and rice may soon cost everyone 56% more than it does today.

  •  HALF of their annual income on mortgage payments. Even renting a home now costs over 30% of the median household income in the US. The last time housing affordability was this bad, interest rates were nearly 20%. Simply having a place to live is becoming a luxury.

Federal Reserve’s policy predicts when next recession will start

  • In an analysis shared by Global Markets Investor through an X post on July 7, the correlation between Federal Reserve rate hikes and the onset of recessions is highlighted as worth monitoring.
  • The platform noted that as the US approaches 12 months since the last Federal Reserve rate hike in July 2023, historical patterns suggest that a recession could be imminent.
  • The research platform’s insights highlighted the time lag between the final Federal Reserve rate hike and the onset of a recession. According to the data, previous recessions followed the last rate hikes with varying delays: five months in 1960, three months in 1970, two months in 1973 and 1980, one month in 1981, 17 months in 1990, 10 months in 2001, and 18 months in 2008. Currently, it has been 12 months since the most recent hike in July 2023.
 

“If history is any guide, the US economy should fall into a recession before the end of 2024 or is already in,” the platform stated.

  • Further analysis by the Alpha Oracle in another post on July 8 delved into the behavior of Federal Reserve rates around recessions, supported by data from the Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED).
  • This data indicated that recessions often occur when rates are declining. The rationale behind this pattern is that the Fed typically starts cutting rates when it perceives an economic slowdown.

  • However, the Alpha Oracle noted that the current Federal Reserve seems determined to wait until the economy is nearly in a recession before cutting rates.

French Elections: Populist Le Pen Party Won Most Votes But Awarded Third Most Seats
  • The French election results showed that the “alliance of dishonour” between President Emmanuel Macron and the far left effectively blocked the populist National Rally from gaining a majority despite the Le Pen party having won the most votes.
  • According to the French Interior Ministry, Marine Le Pen’s National Rally (RN) won the most votes of any party during Sunday’s second round of the snap legislative elections at over 8.7 million, good for 32.05 per cent of the vote.
  • When combined with their electoral alliance partners from disputed Les Républicains president Eric Ciotti, who earned nearly 1.4 million, good for 5 per cent of the vote, that would take the right wing to over 10 million and 37.05 per cent of the vote.
  • However, despite receiving 1.7 million fewer votes than RN, the New Popular Front was awarded the most seats of any party, currently projected by Le Monde at 182. Macron’s coalition won an estimated 168 seats, and despite coming in first in terms of vote share, the RN and its partners were awarded the third most seats at a projected 143.
  • The disparity between votes and seats in the National Assembly came as a result of the backroom deal struck between President Macron and the New Popular Front, in which each side agreed to drop out in favour of the candidate with the best chance of beating out the populist party in over 200 legislative districts.
  • Macron will be in leading the country for the remainder of his term now that he will be tethered politically to literal communists.

  • This has created a hung parliament and the possibility of months of political gridlock in France, which could upset markets and France’s already suffering economy, according to CBS News. 
  • Macron is facing another problem; his unlikely collaboration with the New Popular Front to defeat the National Rally increased the National Assembly’s share of left-wing parties, including the Socialist Party, the climate-focused Green Party, and the far-left Communist and Unbowed Parties, according to the Post. Macron has called far-left parties as dangerous as the right but forming an alliance with them could be necessary to create a majority in parliament and avoid country-wide political paralysis.
  • The New Popular Front wants to dramatically increase government spending and has promised to reverse some of Macron’s economic policies, including his reforms on pensions, according to The Guardian. Breaking from Macron’s immigration reform, the New Popular Front wants to increase immigration into France and ease asylum laws — despite the country already facing record illegal immigration levels, according to The New York Times and French outlet Le Monde.

  • House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) dropped somewhat of a bombshell when he revealed that White House Doctor Kevin O’Connor has been involved in Biden family business dealings, and as a result, Comer is demanding that O’Connor appear before Congress to answer questions about Joe Biden’s “declining mental state.”

The 25th Amendment: It’s Not Just a Good Idea – It’s the Law
  • The only (proper) question for Biden and his party is whether the removal will be voluntary, under Section 3 of the 25th Amendment, or forced, under Section 4. Will Biden transmit “his written declaration that he is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office” to Congress? Or will the vice president and a majority of the Cabinet inform Congress of President Biden’s incapacity and remove him from office?
  • Kamala Harris  constitutional duty is clear; the president is clearly incapable, and she is on the hot seat as the one required to initiate 25th Amendment proceedings.
  • Section 3 of that amendment describes the voluntary stepping-down of the president:

Whenever the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that he is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, and until he transmits to them a written declaration to the contrary, such powers and duties shall be discharged by the Vice President as Acting President.

  • In this case, this would presumably (and, I would argue, necessarily) be followed by a formal resignation, after which (ugh) Kamala Harris would be sworn in as president. This would also place her in the slot as the presumptive Democrat nominee for the 2024 presidential election,
  • The involuntary process is a bit more involved and includes at least one major stumbling block:

Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.

  • The president has the option to contest this, and the balance of Section 4 describes that process. But here’s the catch: Removing an unwilling president under the 25th Amendment requires a two-thirds vote in both the House and Senate.

 we are now at the point where the inaction by Vice President Kamala Harris and Biden’s Cabinet constitutes a violation of their oath of office. They solemnly swore they would “bear true faith and allegiance” to the Constitution and that they would “faithfully discharge the duties of the office.” That oath mandates they provide Congress “their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office…”

There is no wiggle room. No “wait and see” if the president can convince the public he is fit for office, whether by choreographed appearances or edited prime-time interviews. Neither spin nor conspiracy theories can alter what the world saw during the debate: Biden’s mental incapacity.

American voters must ask themselves why the “Save Democracy” party opposes a bill that would secure elections against outside influence. The obvious answer is that they are hoping to use illegal votes to cheat in the next election. Their policies are ruining the lives of U.S. citizens, and they need to dilute the voting system in order to stay in power.
