After so many useless “investigations” against so many obvious crimes I am unable to expect anything effective from Durham, the “fantasy prosecutor”. I am tired of false hope and false promises that accomplish nothing. The gutless Republicans never press the fight though the law is clearly on their side. I’d just like to correct an inaccuracy in your reporting. In Episode 2579b, you mistakingly say that 2/3 of the States are needed to amend the Constitution. Congress can propose amendments with the concurrence of 2/3 of both Houses, or Congress can call a Convention of States when 2/3 of the State legislatures apply for one. Regarding the Convention, Congress only has the ministerial role of issuing the call and determining the time and place for its (initial) meeting. Each State determines the number of commissioners that they will send and instructs their commissioners as to what they can do. The Convention determines its own rules, and each State has one vote at the Convention. Congress has no control over the Convention. Then, if any proposals are made by the Convention with the concurrence of a majority of the States, they are sent to the States for ratification. In either case, if 3/4 of the State legislatures ratify any proposal, or if 3/4 of State ratifying conventions ratify the proposal, then it becomes part of the Constitution. Congress gets to decide between the two modes of ratification. I hope this helps.

Our founding fathers did actually use information war in the Revolution. A Patriot who owned a printing press, was printing the code book for the flags used on British ships to communicate with each other and coordinate their attacks. This Patriot changed the flags/codes given to the British Military. They could not communicate with the wrong flags, and were thus confused. They lost some naval attacks, bombing each other while the Patriots watched. It must have been glorious.
