Although I love to see these corrupt jerks leave… SAIC Thibault was not Perp Walked out of the building. Anyone who works in a Factory or Office that requires Badge Access (especially encoded badges) to doors, elevators, offices, rooms, etc. must turn their badge in as part of the Out-Processing.
If you work in a Classified facility, you must be debriefed from ALL programs you will no longer need daily access to, removed from access to those areas, and your badge and pass keys no longer work. I would assume the FBI is one of those facilities.
I know when I retired, I was out-processed through HR, then Security. Once I Turned in my badge, I received a Temporary badge that would no access any spaces, entrances or exits. When I left the facility, I had to be escorted through the door and turnstile so my escort could scan me out!
My Security Clearances remained active until I was required to submit new SF86 forms (Security Clearance Application) for continuance. For Special Access, (including L and Q clearances) it was Renewed Every Year, For Top Secret/SCI and SOME Secret, it was renewed every 5-years. So, by attrition of not renewing the Clearance, your authorizations expire.

First off… Classified markings are covered under the NISPOM (National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual) and specify the color coding on Cover Sheets. So in the Photo, there is only ONE classified cover sheet. The Orange One.
The Orange Cover Sheet is for SECRET/NFORN materials. (Secret/No Foreign Nationals) It looks like there is One of these documents in the Photo.
Red is for Confidential, but there are none in the photo.
The Yellow Cover sheet is for Company or Other usages for Sensitive, Competition Sensitive, Proprietary, or Intellectual Property materials. This is not a Classified document, just a sensitive FOUO (for official use only) type material. It appears a few of these are in the Photo!
Blue Cover Sheets indicate TOP SECRET, but there were none in the photo.
