So the next calculation will probably bring inflation down because they are leaving out coffee, it will effect the calculation, they need to show the people that inflation is coming down, so this will lead up to the rate cut. In reality inflation isn’t actually coming down, people will see this.

  • None of this stuff is coming from China.  It is all coming from Mexico via transnational shipping and Chinese manufacturing in Mexico. [Check Date]

  •  Mexican built Chinese EVs would pass into the USA market under current USMCA trade rules and regulations, as long as they technically meet the material origination rules.  This can make tariffs against the Chinese imported EVs a moot point, because China will be making them in Mexico (North American trade agreement).
  • One of the reasons President Trump said the U.S. auto industry would suffer a “bloodbath,” is specifically because the current Chinese auto companies are targeting these EVs in the $10,000 or less range.  If you want to see what it looks like when cheap Chinese EVs start to flood a consumer market, visit Russia – the Western sanctions have only increased this flow.  I can see it clear as day.
  • China plans to pump out thousands of cheap, what I would consider semi-disposable, electric cars into the USA market. That’s why they have invested so heavily in Mexico.  Keep in mind, BlackRock (a Biden benefactor investment firm) is enmeshed with this Chinese move.
  • This tariff claim, by the Biden administration on “import Chinese EVs”, is optics only for political benefit.  Whereas, the 100% tariffs proposed by Donald Trump specifically target Chinese EVs made in Mexico.

Pro-Palestinian Student Group Used Messaging App To Distribute Materials Encouraging Attacks Against Police

  • National Students For Justice in Palestine (NSJP) and allied organizations used an encrypted messaging app to distribute a document instructing protesters on how to use physical force to stop police officers from making arrests, the Daily Caller News Foundation found.
  • “Popular University 4 Gaza” is a Telegram channel with over 8,000 subscribers and is run by members of NSJP, Palestinian Youth Movement and Writers Against the War on Gaza, according to a post on X, formerly Twitter. The channel’s admins distributed a document called the “De-Arrest Primer” on April 26 that provides tactics for resisting arrest, sometimes through violent means.
  • One tactic for obstructing arrests laid out in the document requires “pulling/pushing an officer off an arrestee and/or breaking their grip.” The document warns readers that the tactic can be “risky as it requires physical contact with an officer which could lead to assault on an officer charges.”  
  • Freeing protesters from arrest can often be “well worth the risks,” as being arrested “can have drastic negative life altering affects [sic.], especially for targeted populations like people who aren’t white, Muslims, LGBTQ people and certain radicals,” the document argues.
  • Protesters are also taught to “hug” an arrestee from behind to pull them away from law enforcement, wrestle with police officers, open patrol car doors to free detained suspects and surround officers to demand they let arrested protesters go free.
  • “Who keeps us safe? We keep us safe! Learn these tactics to protect your comrades,” the text accompanying a link to the guide reads. It is unclear who authored the document.

When SCOTUS Nuked Affirmative Action, Universities Just Took It Underground

  • When the Supreme Court announced its ruling last summer in Students for Fair Admissions (SFFA) v. President and Fellows of Harvard College (the decision that effectively ended affirmative action), it seemed like the country was finally ready to move on from this unfair policy and recommit to excellence and merit.
  • No longer would white and Asian applicants be passed over because they didn’t meet an organization’s arbitrary criteria for diversity, nor would unqualified applicants be admitted or employed and immediately fail afterward because they lacked the prerequisite skills and experience.
  • Sadly, affirmative action wouldn’t go away that easily. As a recent report from Renu Mukherjee at the Manhattan Institute shows, the American Bar Association (ABA) and New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) have flouted the SFFA by encouraging “law schools and law firms to ignore the Court’s holding” and “continue granting admissions preferences to black and Hispanic applicants using methods that are race-neutral in theory but race-conscious in practice.”
  • To this end, the ABA and NYSBA proceeded to launch a series of online workshops that would help guide law schools in identifying minority applicants in order to “foster racial and ethnic diversity in the absence of affirmative action.” According to Mukherjee, the main way to do this was “tying [the applicant’s race] to ‘a non-racial goal or value being pursued by the university’” so that “if the school faces a legal challenge, administers can argue that any preference granted to URMs [underrepresented minorities] is not based on race itself but instead on their ‘lived experiences.’”
  • For those familiar with the application process, none of this is exactly subtle. There are a number of ways to determine a person’s race without asking him directly, and it doesn’t take a DEI expert to spell it out. For law schools and colleges, it’s primarily a matter of ditching test scores and asking applicants to write essays about their personal backgrounds.

  • Judge Merchan has threatened to jail Trump for mentioning this. Disbarred attorney, serial perjurer, and convicted Michael Cohen, who is angry Trump didn’t make him a senior White House official, is peddling Cohen’s new book and getting paid by TikTok to trash a criminal defendant.
  • When Trump responded, Democrat Manhattan Judge Juan Merchan–whose daughter is profiting from the trial–held Trump in contempt. And threatening to jail Trump for mentioning this.   • NBC Bay Area news reported Monday that Peggy Moore and her wife Hope Wood were killed while riding along in the Jeep pickup when it collided with a Chrysler sedan in rural San Diego County at about 11:15 p.m. Friday. The 60-year-old driver of the Jeep, along with the Chrysler’s driver, were also killed.

Presidential Debates Start Next Month Which Means They’re Setting Dementia Joe Up 

  • (America First Report)—Joe Biden’s handlers trotted him in front of the camera to play one of his standard roles.  They  rolled out the angry old man on stimulants to sound tough so they could piece together tiny snippets into a debate challenge. 
  • The dates proposed were June and September. Having the first debate next month is conspicuous and bodes ill for Biden.
  • Trump expressed his readiness for the debates, criticizing Biden’s debating skills and presidency. He also mentioned his willingness to participate despite concerns about the commission’s impartiality.
  • The Biden-Harris campaign suggested the first debate take place in late June, after Trump’s New York trial and Biden’s G7 summit visit. A second debate was proposed for early September, prior to the start of early voting, with a vice presidential debate in late July following the Republican vice presidential nomination.
  • It’s a Trap!
  •  there is no viable reason for an incumbent resident to want an early summer debate. There are usually three fall debates to maximize viewership,
  • For Trump, the dates work to fit around the lawfare being waged against him. This makes sense even as the trials themselves do not. But for Biden, the reason to propose such an early debate is ominous.
  • If they’re able to pump him full of enough stimulants to make him appear lucid for an hour or two, then there’s a chance he could actually continue to be the Democrat nominee. But in the likely event that he bombs from his severe lack of mental acuity, Democrats will have the predicate to replace him and the time to get their new candidate on most ballots.
  • In other words, Joe Biden is walking into what will likely be his political swan song. Whether he knows it or not, he’s being tested and he’s not expected to pass.
