Watch The X22 Report On Video
During the debate JD Vance mentioned how the illegals were going to make rent and mortgages go up, he was right the Fed mentions this. The port strike is one of the events that will give the Fed cover. If it ends early they will still blame it leading up to the cyber attack on the financial system. The [DS] is in trouble, the debate did not go as planned. The [DS] poll number are dropping and their cheating system will not work the way it worked during the 2020 election. The [DS] is now projecting that the election will be delayed. Many states are allowed to accept votes after the deadline. They will see that they don’t have the ability to create the ballots they need so they will say the elections were manipulated. DHS has projected that the US might be cyber attacked and attacked during the elections.

CRUSHING SUPPLY CHAIN CRISIS REMINDER:
The International Longshoremen Association has demanded a $5 per hour wage increase for each year of a six-year agreement with the USMX. It also is demanding a ban on automation or semi-automation.

- With the federal Taft-Hartley Act, presidents can take executive action in labor issues that threaten U.S. national security by imposing an 80-day period that would have workers show up and perform their jobs. But Biden has said that he will not intervene, telling reporters on Sunday that “it’s collective bargaining” and that he does not “believe in Taft-Hartley.
- For their new contract, ILA wants USMX to increase wages by 77 percent over six years and bar any automation, which they believe threatens workers’ jobs.
- While USMX offered to raise wages by 50 percent and keep current automation checks in place, ILA said that was not enough, especially in light of the industry’s massive profits during the COVID-19 pandemic, and inflation that has affected how far their previous paychecks went.
- Notice how the media always present the verbiage of the dockworker’s employers as “employers’ group USMX,” without actually noting the employers’ group are the port owners, multinational shipping conglomerates and as a consequence, foreign countries.
- In material fact, most critical ports in the USA are owned by foreign entities. As a result, the ILA are striking against the ideological, political and financial interests of mostly foreign entities (USMX).
- Also, the ILA wage increase demand is spread over six years and vehemently opposed by the same people who tell me I just need to accept the 70% price increase in food, insurance, housing and general stuff I use all the time. I digress.
- The ILA president is reported to earn $900,000 per year in salary, drive a Bentley and even own an expensive 76-foot yacht. There is also a better than average likelihood he may be familiar with violence.
- , when you combine artificial intelligence, automation, robotics and remote access capabilities, it is clearly predictable that a time will come when 80% of the ILA jobs can be replaced by remote controlled operational systems.
- In China, many industrial ports are already fully automated and operated remotely by people using what look like gaming consols, robotics and computer screens.

October Surprise! Kamala Harris Embraces Striking Port Workers, Owns Any Resulting Economic Damage
- The United States Maritime Alliance (USMX) and the International Longshoremen’s Association (ILA) have gone on strike, shutting down the United States Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico ports, an act that will have lasting negative effects on the nation’s economy. This strike, the first by these unions in 50 years, comes a month before a general election – and Democratic Party presidential candidate Kamala Harris has embraced the strikers, which places the Democrat Party in the position of owning the economic fallout.

- CBS debate moderators Norah O’Donnell and Margaret Brennan weren’t as overtly biased at the vice presidential debate last night as ABC News’s David Muir and Linsey Davis had been at the previous one between President Trump and Kamala Harris, what with the one-way fact-checking and the three-against-one questioning.
- But they managed to get their bias in all the same — by asking boring, irrelevant questions on topics most voters couldn’t care less about — global warming, for one, the threat to democracy,” child care, and abortion which are important only to Democrats. And in so doing, they ignored significant topics, like government spending, Ukraine, election integrity and other topics that voters of all stripes consistently tell pollster are most important to them.
- It amounted to bias by omission.
- Witness the opener, beginning with the newsy question about the Iran’s attack on Israel, which produced no fireworks there, followed by the Hurricane Helene question, which O’Donnell completely framed around the boring, irrelevant issue of global warming.
- The story there is that the storm was big and the federal response was inadequate — they’re still in lumbering meetings over at FEMA, while the private sector, including President Trump and Florida’s Gov. Ron DeSantis, have already begun getting aid to the devastated. That didn’t get talked about at all — and since FEMA is the government, a serious question would have been what they’d do to turn around that agency, whose response has been inadequate for years — witness Lahaina — given its expanded budget, and mission creep, in feeding, transporting, and housing illegals. It doesn’t do anything well at all any more and here are the two guys who could do something to fix it.
- According to Pew Research, climate change ranks at rock bottom among the most important issues to voters — among both Democrat and Republican voters. Same with Gallup, which notes that it ranks down there with cancer, infrastructure, elder care, and child care among the top issues of the day, with 2% of the voters saying that for them, it was the Big One.

- CLAIM: Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) claimed during debate that Georgia mother Amber Nicole Thurman died in the “journey back and forth” from Georgia to North Carolina while seeking an abortion.
- Verdict: False. Thurman died of sepsis in a hospital after experiencing complications from taking abortion pills to end her pregnancy with twins. Liberal outlet ProPublica published her story in September and blamed Georgia’s six-week abortion restriction for her 2022 death without clear evidence. The report notably cites a state committee, which said that Thurman may have had a “good chance” of surviving if the hospital had performed a D&C earlier to remove the remaining fetal tissue from her uterus.
- Walz incorrectly cited the story
There’s a young woman named Amber Thurman. She happened to be in Georgia, a restricted state. Because of that, she had to travel a long distance to North Carolina to try and get her care. Amber Thurman died in that journey back and forth.
- Thurman did travel to North Carolina for a surgical abortion, but she missed her appointment and was given abortion pills instead, ProPublica reported. Thurman took the legally obtained pills when she was back at her home in Georgia.
- Days after she took the second pill, Thurman reportedly began experiencing extremely heavy bleeding. By August 18, 2022, she vomited blood and passed out at home, leading to her boyfriend calling for an ambulance. She was transported to Piedmont Henry Hospital in Stockbridge that evening, ProPublica reported.
- The hospital allegedly waited approximately 20 hours to perform a D&C even though she had been diagnosed earlier with “acute severe sepsis.” By the time of the procedure, her organs were failing and she needed a hysterectomy, the report alleges. Thurman’s heart ultimately stopped and she died during surgery.
- Every abortion restriction in the United States notably contains exceptions for extreme medical emergencies and the life of the mother, and courts have ruled that these laws do not require “imminence” or “certainty” before a doctor can act to save a patient’s life. Furthermore, no law criminalizes care for miscarriage or ectopic pregnancies, conditions which can be life-threatening.

- CLAIM: Sen. JD Vance (R-OH) said some migrant children are “used as drug trafficking mules” during Tuesday night’s vice presidential debate.
- VERDICT: TRUE. A law enforcement official explained to Vance at an event last month that drug traffickers, when traveling by vehicle, make children play roles in their “story” in case authorities engage them.Early on in the debate, Vance said that some migrant children “have been used as drug trafficking mules,” drawing one from the many indirect fact checks of the evening from the CBS News moderators, who served up a response for Gov. Tim Walz (D-MN) to falsely claim Vance was lying.

Here we go…
- The far-left CBS hacks moderating the debate on Tuesday took time to “fact-check” JD Vance on the 20,000 Haitian migrants that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris flew into Springfield, Ohio in the past three years.
- Senator Vance then interrupted and corrected Margaret Brennan about the Biden plan to fly in illegals to American cities.
- That’s when CBS cut his mic!
- They wouldn’t let him speak!
- Wow!
-
- Update: Once again the far left moderators were wrong and JD Vance was right.
- Update 2: And Tampon Tim was wrong about this policy starting in the 1990s!
CBS cuts Vance’s mic while he’s explaining how the Biden/Harris admin has allowed over 800,000 migrants to enter the U.S. via the CBP One App “lawfully”. It then sounded like Walz claimed the CBP One app has been used since the 90s, which is completely false. The Biden/Harris…

Over Half a Million Criminal Illegal Aliens on ICE “Non-Detained Docket” Roaming Free in U.S.
- In the latest of countless scandals involving the Biden administration’s failure to secure the border, over half a million illegal aliens with criminal histories are roaming freely in the United States, 435,719 with convictions and another 226,847 with pending charges. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), created after 9/11 to protect the country from another terrorist attack, has released the foreign criminals in cities around the U.S., according to the Deputy Director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the DHS agency charged with “enforcing immigration laws to preserve national security and public safety.” In figures reluctantly provided to Congress ICE’s second in command, Patrick Lechleitner, reveals that as of July 21, 2024 662,566 noncitizens with criminal histories are on the agency’s “non-detained docket” and therefore roaming freely throughout the country. The data is “beyond disturbing,” said the Texas congressman, Republican Tony Gonzales, who forced DHS to provide the records.

‘Persona non grata’: Israel bars UN secretary general Guterres from entering country
- “Israel will continue to defend its citizens and uphold its national dignity, with or without António Guterres,” he concluded.
- Israel’s foreign minister declared UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres ‘persona non grata’ and was henceforth banning him from entering Israel, according to a post on X/Twitter on Wednesday.
- The ban on entry, said FM Israel Katz, was due to Guterres’s failure to “unequivocally condemn” Iran’s massive missile attack on Israel.
- “Anyone who cannot unequivocally condemn Iran’s heinous attack on Israel, as almost every country in the world has done, does not deserve to step foot on Israeli soil,” Katz wrote.

- The US ordered its nuclear-powered aircraft carrier to remain in the Middle East and a second vessel is en route with Middle East tensions at a fever pitch following Iran’s attack on Israel, officials said.
- Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin said the USS Abraham Lincoln will stay in the Middle East as the USS Harry S. Truman aircraft carrier speeds along to the region, according to the Pentagon.
- The Truman, another Nimitz-class aircraft carrier, was originally set to replace the Lincoln before Austin ordered the presence of two warships in the region.
- The vessel was previously in the Middle East during the early years of America’s war in Iraq and later oversaw 2,900 combat missions during Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan.

- CLAIM: Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) during the vice presidential debate on Tuesday defended the Obamacare individual mandate, saying that insurance plans would “collapse” without a penalty for Americans who opt out of buying health coverage.
- FACT CHECK: False. The Affordable Care Act’s individual mandate was effectively repealed under former President Donald Trump, and in the past seven years, the lack of an individual mandate has not caused any market collapse.
- Walz said that Republicans “fought tooth and nail” to eliminate the Affordable Care Act’s (ACA) individual mandate to purchase health insurance.
- Vance then asked Walz, “You think the individual mandate is a good idea?”
- Walz responded, “I think the idea of making sure the risk pool is broad enough to cover everyone, that’s the only way insurance works. When it doesn’t, it collapses.”
- The Trump Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, which Republicans and Trump signed in 2017, repealed the individual mandate — or, more technically, it reduced the penalty for not having insurance to $0.
- Walz claimed that, without the Obamacare individual mandate, the Obamacare marketplace would collapse.
- It has been over seven years since Republicans repealed the individual mandate and the Obamacare marketplace has not collapsed.
- This backing of the individual mandate would appear to go against Harris’s pledge not to raise taxes on those making less than $400,000 per year.

Q
- CLAIM: Moderators of the vice presidential debate Tuesday evening on CBS claimed that democracy is the #2 issue in the country, behind the economy and inflation.
- VERDICT: False. The second most important issue in the country, according to the vast majority of polling over the course of the campaign cycle, is immigration.
- Toward the end of the debate, one of the moderators moved on to the issue of protecting democracy, which she claimed is the second most important issue to voters.
- However, her assertion — that democracy is the second most important issue — is false. Poll after poll throughout the election season has clearly shown that immigration is the second-most important issue in the country, behind economic issues.
- September’s Harvard/Harris survey clearly showed price increases and inflation as the top issue — 42 percent chose it as the most important issue facing the country. Right behind it, 33 percent identified immigration as the top issue facing the country. Behind that came economy and jobs (29 percent), health care (17 percent), and women’s rights (16 percent).
- A June Cygnal survey showed a plurality, 27.9 percent, choosing inflation and the economy as their top priority, followed by — yes — illegal immigration with 19.7 percent. In that survey, “threats to democracy” actually came in behind with 15.3 percent.

- CLAIM: Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) said that “Donald Trump hasn’t paid any federal tax in the last 15 years.”
- VERDICT: FALSE. This recycles an old claim about Trump’s taxes that has long been debunked.
- Democrats came up short in their attacks on Trump’s tax returns.
- It is true that there were years when he only paid a nominal amount of federal tax — 10 out of 15 years, at one point in time, which may be the source for Walz’s false “15 years” claim — but Trump did pay more taxes in other years, and he did file tax returns. Trump simply did what other Americans do: find legal strategies to reduce his taxable income.
- The claim that Trump had not paid taxes is a lie — just like the lie about then-Republican nominee Mitt Romney not paying taxes, which was gleefully spread by the late Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV).
I find myself feeling sorry for @GovTimWalz. He seems like a nice guy, but in way over his head to be second in line to run the country. A bit of a buffoon, but in a good way. A kind man that will get his face ripped off in a negotiation. Not someone that I want making…

Election results likely to be delayed nationwide by state rules, litigation, and investigations
- Counting or certification of the November election results are likely to be delayed nationwide, as states are promulgating different rules on receiving mail ballots, ongoing and likely election litigation, and possible investigations over irregularities, warns an election integrity proponent.
- As the 2020 election results were delayed until Joe Biden was announced the winner of the presidential race the Saturday after Election Day, there will likely also be a delay in announcing this year’s presidential contest. The delays this year could be the result of a variety of factors, especially with such a close election, according to Honest Elections Project Executive Director Jason Snead.
- The states and U.S. city that accept ballots after Election Day are Alaska, California, the District of Columbia, Illinois, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and West Virginia.
