  • A federal court lifted the Biden administration’s pause on approvals for new natural gas export terminals on Monday.
  • Judge James Cain Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, who was appointed to his post by former President Donald Trump, ruled to grant an injunction against the administration’s January pause on approvals for liquefied natural gas (LNG) export terminals while ongoing litigation plays out. The LNG pause stands as one of President Joe Biden’s most aggressive climate decisions through his first term in office.

No, President Biden, the Supreme Court Did Not Remove Any Limits on the Presidency

  • One of the most glaring moments in the address came when President Biden declared that “for all…for all practical purposes, today’s decision almost certainly means that there are virtually no limits on what a president can do.”
  • That is not true.
  • The Court found that there was absolute immunity for actions that fall within their “exclusive sphere of constitutional authority” while they enjoy presumptive immunity for other official acts. They do not enjoy immunity for unofficial, or private, actions.
  • There are also a host of checks and balances on executive authority in our constitutional system. This includes judicial intervention to prevent violations of the law as well as impeachment for high crimes and misdemeanors.
  • President Biden’s hyper-ventilated response is crushingly ironic. He was vice president when President Barack Obama killed an American citizen without a trial or a charge. When former Attorney General Eric Holder announced the “kill list” policy (that included the right to kill any American citizen), he was met with applause, not condemnation.
  • The Obama-Biden administration then fought every effort by the family to sue the government. President Biden would have been outraged by any attempt of a Republican district attorney to charge him or President Obama with murder.
  • In his address, President Biden also claimed that “the law would no longer” define “the limits of the presidency.”

As a backup, they defined ‘conspiracy’ as crazy/mentally unstable and label anything ‘true’ as such.
This works given most of what they engage in is pure evil and simply unbelievable (hard to swallow).
The ‘fix’ has always been in – no matter which party won the election (-JFK (killed)/Reagan(shot)).
This was always the promise made to those who played the game (willingly or otherwise) (i.e., they would never lose power).Q

    Jesus, THE Cornerstone — What did Jesus command? Matthew 28:18 Jesus approached and spoke to them, saying: “All authority has been given me in heaven and on the earth. 19 Go, therefore, and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded you. And look! I am with you all the days until the conclusion of the system of things.” (THIS system of things which is directly under the control of Satan) – Luke 4:5 So he [Satan] brought him [Jesus] up and showed him all the kingdoms of the inhabited earth in an instant of time. 6 Then the Devil said to him: “I will give you all this authority and their glory, because it has been handed over to me, and I give it to whomever I wish. 7 If you, therefore, do an act of worship before me, it will all be yours. Jesus Answered Satan this way; Luke 4:8 In reply Jesus said to him: “It is written, ‘It is Jehovah your God you must worship, and it is to him alone you must render sacred service.’”
    Who did Jesus appoint to carry out this great work of preaching the Good News of the Kingdom of God? Matthew 24:45 “Who really is the faithful and discreet slave whom his master appointed over his domestics, to give them their food at the proper time? 46 Happy is that slave if his master on coming finds him doing so! 47 Truly I say to you, he will appoint him over all his belongings. — Revelation 7:4 And I heard the number of those who were sealed, 144,000, sealed out of every tribe of the sons of Israel… Everyone else who makes the decision to obey Jesus (John 3:36) are the domestics. And I am one of the domestics. I have made the decision to OBEY Jesus, our NOW ruling king. Ask yourself this question, why did Adam die?
    This is what else we learn about the 144,000; 1 Peter 1:4 As you come to him (Jesus), a living stone rejected by men but chosen, precious to God, 5 you yourselves as living stones are being built up into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood, in order to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. 6 For it says in Scripture: “Look! I am laying in Zion a chosen stone, a precious foundation cornerstone, and no one exercising faith (meaning to obey Jesus) in it will ever be disappointed.” 7 It is to you, therefore, that he is precious, because you are believers; but to those not believing, “the stone that the builders rejected, this has become the chief cornerstone” 8 and “a stone of stumbling and a rock of offense.” They are stumbling because they are disobedient to the word.     Armour of God — To the Christians in Ephesus Paul described the kind of war that they were to fight and the weapons of such warfare, saying: “Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God.” What pieces of armour? The girdle of truth, the “breastplate of righteousness,” the shoes of the “preparation of the gospel of peace,” “the shield of faith,” “the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: praying always.” (Eph. 6:11-18, AV) With such spiritual weapons they could fight against the false god (Satan) of this world and his superhuman demons. 2 Cor 4:3 If, in fact, the good news we declare is veiled, it is veiled among those who are perishing, 4 among whom the god of this system of things has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, so that the illumination of the glorious good news about the Christ, who is the image of God, might not shine through. —- This is the TIME that the Bible was prepared for; the end of Satan’s time to rule the earth. Why was Satan allowed this time? 2 Peter 3:9 Jehovah is not slow concerning his promise, as some people consider slowness, but he is patient with you because he does not desire anyone to be destroyed but desires all to attain to repentance. — From the moment that Adam was blessed (Gen 1:28) you and I existed as a descendent of Adam. So did Moses, David, Isaiah and etc. Satan has been allowed to exist as well and this is for us to understand why rule by someone other than Almighty God will never work. Adam (man) was not created with the ability to self-rule. History proves this beyond any shadow of doubt. When will this rule by Satan end? The Bible tells us; Matthew 24:21 for then there will be great tribulation such as has not occurred since the world’s beginning until now, no, nor will occur again. 22 In fact, unless those days were cut short, no flesh would be saved; but on account of the chosen ones those days will be cut short. — Who are the chosen ones? Those who have made the decision NOW to obey Jesus (John 3:36). We are told in Revelation 7 that a “great crowd that no man may number” will come out of the Great Tribulation and ‘never die at all’ (John 11:26). Why did Adam die? The same holds true today, and will for eternity; obey or die; Jesus is NOW our ruling king and Jesus gave us specific commands in the Bible that we MUST obey; Matt 28:18-20.     PLEASE always remember that Almighty Jehovah God (Psalms 83:18) is ‘infallible — which means He is incapable of making mistakes. This explains why He has always existed. ALWAYS existed. How old is the universe? He existed LOOOONG before the universe came into existence through His power! Then why do all of the wars and other problems (such as death) exist? Who rules the earth? Who selects the politicians? Luke 4:5 So he (Satan) brought him (Jesus) up and showed him all the kingdoms of the inhabited earth in an instant of time. 6 Then the Devil said to him: “I will give you all this authority and their glory, because it has been handed over to me, and I give it to whomever I wish. 7 If you, therefore, do an act of worship before me, it will all be yours. – Satan rules the governments of this world. Understanding that should explain to you why there is so much corruption in ALL human governments.
