Those individuals that came after him have projected their crimes onto him, everything is now boomeranging on them and the people are going to witness that these people are the criminals and they committed the crimes. German economy in free fall 

  • The German economy is sinking far deeper into recession than previously thought. Recent revisions to the national accounts by the Federal Statistical Office paint a dramatic picture.
  •   the Federal Statistical Office released new data this week on Germany’s economic output. And, as expected, the figures were revised downward. Instead of shrinking by 0.2% in 2023 as initially reported, Germany’s GDP actually contracted by 0.9%. The outlook for 2024 has also worsened: a projected contraction of 0.5% instead of the previously assumed stagnation.
  • Three Years of Ongoing Recession
  • Anyone who still clung to the illusion of stability must now face reality. Germany is stuck deep in its third consecutive year of recession — and there’s no way out in sight. The downturn is deeper than previously assumed, with far-reaching consequences that politicians and media had downplayed.

Trump Economy Beat Biden’s For All Americans, Economist Says

  • “The rich were the only group that did better under Biden, which is ironic because Biden keeps saying he was trying to get rid of income inequality.”
  • According to newly released Census Bureau data, all income groups in America advanced more during President Donald Trump’s first term than they did during the Biden administration.
  • Stephen Moore, a senior visiting fellow in economics at The Heritage Foundation, presented the unpublished data for the first time in an Oval Office presentation with Trump on Thursday. The data divided Americans into three groups: lower income (bottom 25% of earners), middle income (middle 50%), and upper income (top 25%).
  • “What I find fascinating about this, Mr. President, is every income group did better,” said Moore, displaying a chart showing the percentage gain that accrued on average in each income bracket.
  • Under President Joe Biden, the lower class, after adjusting for inflation, lost income over the course of four years. The middle-income earners stayed about the same. But the upper income earners did noticeably better, according to Moore.
  • “The rich were the only group that did better under Biden, which is ironic because Biden keeps saying he was trying to get rid of income inequality. He made income inequality worse, not better,” Moore said. “It was President Trump that reduced income inequality.”
  • The economist tallied the numbers in dollars, as well, showing that the lower income gained about $4,000 in annual revenue over Trump’s first term. The middle income gained about $6,400 in annual earnings, and the wealthiest earned $10,000 more a year from the start of Trump’s first term to its end.

Trump Asks SCOTUS to Lift Curbs on ICE Enforcement in Los Angeles 
  • President Donald Trump’s deputies have asked the Supreme Court to override curbs on ICE operations imposed by pro-migration judges in Los Angeles and California.

In the administration’s emergency application to the Supreme Court, D. John Sauer, the solicitor general, wrote that Judge Frimpong’s order had unlawfully hamstrung immigration enforcement in the nation’s most populous judicial district, one he said “harbors some two million illegal aliens out of its total population of nearly 20 million people, making it by far the largest destination for illegal aliens.”

DOJ Moves To Unseal Exhibits From Epstein, Maxwell Grand Jury Investigations

  • The Department of Justice (DOJ) on Friday asked a federal court to unseal grand jury exhibits from the investigations into sex traffickers Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.
  • In a submission to U.S. District Judge Richard Berman and fellow U.S. District Judge Paul Engelmayer, the DOJ said it wants grand jury exhibits in the two cases unsealed with redactions to keep the identities of their victims private.
  • Earlier this week, the DOJ asked the judges to unseal grand jury transcripts in order to compare those documents with the public record.

“As there are parties whose names appear in the grand jury exhibits but did not appear in the grand jury transcripts, the Government is undertaking to notify such parties to the extent their names appear in grand jury exhibits that were not publicly admitted at the Maxwell trial (and they were not already notified in connection with the request to unseal the grand jury transcripts),” the Justice Department’s attorneys wrote.

  • (VIA CNN) – A divided federal appeals court ruled on Friday that US District Court Judge James Boasberg cannot move ahead with criminal contempt proceedings against Trump administration officials involved in a high-stakes immigration case.
  • The 2-1 ruling from the US DC Circuit Court of Appeals wipes away a ruling from Boasberg, an appointee of former President Barack Obama issued in April that said “probable cause exists” to hold administration officials in criminal contempt for violating his orders in mid-March halting the use of the Alien Enemies Act to deport alleged Venezuelan gang members.

  • In a separate decision on Friday, the DC Circuit wiped away a different ruling from Boasberg that required the administration to give the migrants flown to a notorious mega-prison in El Salvador under the Alien Enemies Act an opportunity to challenge their removal from the US under the sweeping wartime law. Court has ALREADY ruled on and approved of illegals being counted in the census. But that’s not what happened. Timing is everything. The Supreme Court didn’t rule on that question at all. “The U.S. Supreme Court has not definitively ruled that undocumented immigrants must be counted in the census for congressional apportionment.

In 2020, the Court dismissed a challenge to President Trump’s memorandum seeking to exclude undocumented immigrants from the apportionment base, but it did so on procedural grounds, stating the case was premature and speculative because the policy details were not yet finalized. The Court did not rule on the constitutional merits of whether noncitizens must be included in the apportionment count.” It was a ruling by a lower court that forced Trump to count illegals. Which begs the question: Why didn’t Trump appeal that ruling to the Supreme Court?

Answer: Trump allowed illegals to be counted so that he could gather “evidence” of how many illegals are being counted in every state.

One of the priorities of DOGE, was to determine how many illegals there are in each state receiving government assistance of any kind. Checkmate. Trump now has the evidence in hand for the fight on this topic at the Supreme Court. He will win and he ALREADY knows it. Why? Because the Constitution is very clear. ONLY citizens are allowed to vote.

The census determines apportionment of Congressional seats in the House of representatives. By including illegals in the census, that distorts the true representation of American citizens and has added a large number of democrat representatives in EVERY STATE, who should not be in office. Trump is going to win this fight that he is purposely picking with the democrats over the redrawing of Congressional districts. Trump tricked the democrats into making this fight, the biggest story in the country. He welcomes their lawsuits to try and stop him because he ALREADY knows he will win and the Supreme Court is going to once again, clean up the courts and reset the country back to the original intent of the Constitution. This will permanently end the democrat party’s chances at ever winning the House again.
