Trump Narrative Shift, It’s Not Left vs Right, It’s About Right vs Wrong, Game Over
Click On Picture To See Larger Picture

The Fed is in a holding pattern, they are waiting for Trump to force the rate cuts, the pattern is clear. Trump is implementing tariffs on the steel industry and on the EU. Trump drops a hint that there was fraud with the treasuries and we might not have as much debt as they say do to fraud. It’s all about the [CB]. The [DS] is trying to stop the exposure, the D’s have their judges working over time trying to stop Trump, but Trump keeps moving forward and they are getting pissed. These cases will go to the SC and this will shutdown who has the control. Trump shifted the narrative, it’s not about left vs right, it’s about right vs wrong. As the crimes are produced the people will see this clearly. Game Over.

  • French President Emmanuel Macron told CNN in an interview aired Sunday that he would not have any qualms about confronting Donald Trump head-on should the US president make good on his threats to impose tariffs on Europe. Macron also warned that Americans would feel the pinch of any tariff measures in the form of higher prices.

  • Macron warned that tariffs would harm European economies but also the United States, given the level of economic ties.

Bloomberg reports Trump Unveils 25 Percent Tariffs on Steel and Aluminum.

President Donald Trump, speaking to reporters Sunday on Air Force One, said he would announce new tariffs on steel and aluminum from all countries.
The US relies on aluminum imports from countries including Canada, the United Arab Emirates and Mexico, to meet the vast majority of demand — net imports added up to more than 80% in 2023, according to Morgan Stanley. Steel imports account for a smaller portion of overall consumption, but are vital for sectors leaning on specialty grades, including aerospace, auto manufacturing and energy, from wind developers to oil drillers.

Tariffs Not Easily Averted

The Wall Street Journal reports Trump’s Next Round of Tariffs—25% on Steel and Aluminum—Won’t Be So Easily Averted

“Very simple, they charge us, we charge them,” Trump said Sunday. Those will go into effect “almost immediately,” Trump said.

  • “We’re even looking at Treasuries,” Trump said. “There could be a problem – you’ve been reading about that, with Treasuries and that could be an interesting problem.”
  • He added: “It could be that a lot of those things don’t count. In other words, that some of that stuff that we’re finding is very fraudulent, therefore maybe we have less debt than we thought.”

Political/Rights

  • There was a very disturbing article in the Los Angeles Times, warning criminal aliens of a pending ICE operation sweep that was coming to the LA area.  The source for the advanced tip-off were indicated within the reporting to be FBI officials in Washington DC.
  • Today, it appears that Dept of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem is confirming the leak came from the FBI as she says, “The FBI is so corrupt. We will work with any and every agency to stop leaks and prosecute these crooked deep state agents to the fullest extent of the law.”
  • The head of the DHS is saying the FBI is “corrupt.”  We know it is. All evidence has always pointed to this; however, it is remarkable to see the DHS Secretary saying this publicly.

Can’t Make It Up: Schumer Launches Portal for ‘Anyone Who Wants to Expose Corruption, Abuse of Power’

  •   Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) announced on Monday the creation of a Democrat portal to in effect fight the efforts of Trump and Musk.
  • The announcement of the new portal is the latest escalation of Democrat tactics as they continue to push back against the Trump administration’s efforts to freeze spending and cut federal programs. Pretty easy dots to connect, huh?
  • Schumer and Peters noted that the Whistleblower Protection Act prohibits retaliation against federal employees who disclose evidence of wrongdoing.
  • The portal asks for name, organization, email, and nature of complaint, including retaliation, wasteful spending, fraud and criminal activity. “Wasteful spending”?

Jamie Raskin Threatens Class-Action Lawsuit of All Americans Against Trump Administration and Elon Musk Over Alleged Data Breach

  • In yet another desperate attempt to keep Donald Trump and his allies under legal fire, Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) is now threatening a nationwide class-action lawsuit against the Trump administration and Elon Musk over an alleged “data breach.
  • Raskin claims that the Trump White House mishandled government data and that Musk’s newly created U.S. Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) played a role in the so-called security failure.
  • Appearing on “The Weekend” with Michael, Raskin floated the idea that Musk’s team of “Midnight fascist teenagers” somehow managed to access every American’s computer data.
  • His so-called legal argument hinges on the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986, a Reagan-era statute meant to prevent hacking.
  • According to Raskin, this law gives individual citizens the right to sue if their personal data has been compromised.
  • His master plan? A class-action lawsuit on behalf of every single American citizen against Trump, Musk, and DOGE.

  •   sudden that DOGE wants to audit where our money is going all you’re seeing is Democrats panic about the security of Americans, confidential information and the same media that was paid by USAID is putting out article after article on the same topic.

UPDATE: Trump Administration Shutters Headquarters of Elizabeth Warren’s Consumer Financial Protection Bureau – Nearly All Activities of Regulator Suspended

  • The news for Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and her favorite agency just got worse.
  • Here are the details from NBC:
  • Employees were instructed to “cease all supervision and examination activity,” “cease all stakeholder engagement,” pause all pending investigations, not issue any public communications and pause “enforcement actions.”Vought also told employees not to “approve or issue any proposed or final rules or formal or informal guidance” and to “suspend the effective dates of all final rules that have been issued or published but that have not yet become effective,” among other directives listed in the email. He said in the email that the directives are effective immediately, unless he approves an exception or a certain activity is required by law.
  • But the news gets even better. CNBC obtained an employees were told Sunday to work remotely because their Washington, D.C., headquarters would be closed at least through Feb. 14 according to a memo.

Source: thegatewaypundit.com

  •   disclaimer at the top of the website exists: **”NOTE: Funding is fungible, meaning USAID dollars do not directly flow into these NGOs in a literal sense. Instead, the money moves through multiple layers, with various entities handling and redistributing it. Rather than focusing solely on individual grants or making definitive statements about how NGOs benefit from USAID, it’s more important to recognize the broader pattern of funding distribution and influence—and to cut through the layers of unaccountability.”**
  • So, how do you determine if an NGO is truly dependent on USAID money? Context matters. Let’s go back to the cocaine analogy: Every $100 bill has trace amounts, but a drug dealer’s cash will be covered in it. The same logic applies here.  Look at the graph on the left. That’s Defending Democracy Together Institute, Bill Kristol’s group. Over half of their funding comes from major grants. That’s a lot of cocaine
  •  Now, compare it to Turning Point USA on the right. Their USAID connections are multiple hops away and bottlenecked by the smallest possible intermediary grants. Even with the most extreme assumptions, only 0.2% of their funding could possibly come from this path. This isn’t just theory for me. I worked with Charlie Kirk during the 2024 election on early voting analysis.
  • I saw firsthand how his operation worked, and I can say with confidence: President Trump would not have won re-election without him. He flipped voter registrations on their head and made a direct push for young male voters. Bottom line: These graphs are tools, not verdicts. Use them wisely.

I don’t care how many clueless people try to gaslight, misdirect, or play dumb. The facts don’t change just because some people refuse to see them.

Yes, federal judges in the United States, including Supreme Court Justices, can be impeached. The process for impeaching a federal judge is outlined in the U.S. Constitution:
  1. Impeachment by the House of Representatives: The House of Representatives can impeach a federal judge by a simple majority vote on charges of “Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”
  2. Trial in the Senate: If impeached by the House, the case moves to the Senate for a trial. A conviction requires a two-thirds vote in the Senate, which then removes the judge from office.
Here are some key points:
  •  : There have been instances where federal judges have been impeached and removed from office. For example, Judge Samuel Chase was impeached in 1804, though he was acquitted by the Senate. More recently, Judges Alcee Hastings (1989) and Walter Nixon (1989) were both impeached and convicted.
  • Grounds for Impeachment: The term “high Crimes and Misdemeanors” is deliberately broad, allowing for a wide range of behaviors to be considered impeachable offenses. This has included corruption, misuse of office, and various forms of misconduct.
  • Post-Impeachment: Impeachment and conviction lead to removal from office, but do not preclude further criminal prosecution for the same or related offenses.
  • Political Nature: While the process is judicial in nature, it’s inherently political since it involves Congress. The decision to impeach and convict often reflects not just legal judgments but political ones as well.
This system ensures that federal judges, while given significant independence to perform their duties, are not entirely above accountability. However, the high threshold for removal (two-thirds in the Senate) underscores the Founding Fathers’ intent to protect judicial independence.

Trump Administration Files Emergency Motion to Vacate Treasury’s Restraining Order — Asserts ‘No Court Can Sever Presidential Supervision Mandated by Article II’

  • The Trump administration has filed an emergency motion to vacate an ex parte temporary restraining order issued by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
  • This order egregiously interferes with the executive branch’s operations by limiting access to crucial Treasury Department systems.
  •
  • Ex parte means the “Trump administration lawyers weren’t given notice, weren’t allowed to argue, and weren’t even in the room. Only Democrat attorneys general were heard, ensuring a predetermined outcome.”
  • On Sunday night, the Trump administration filed an emergency motion to dissolve, clarify, or modify an ex parte temporary restraining order issued by Engelmayer, asserting his ruling violates Article II of the Constitution.
  • Article II of the United States Constitution establishes the executive branch of the government and the role of the President.

Pain Is Coming: Why Democrats Are Making a Huge Mistake Picking a Fight Over the Bureaucratic State
  • Pain is coming for Democrats.
  • In war, there are some battles you choose not to fight because they simply aren’t worth the strategic risk. What Democrats are doing here is picking a fight over an ancillary issue that will end up exposing the entirety of their flank. One only needs to look at the overruling of Roe v. Wade as a guide.
  • That fight began with the State of Mississippi passing a law that would make most abortions illegal after 15 weeks. In the grand scheme of things, it was relatively tame. Yet, Democrats freaked out and decided to go charging headlong into battle over it anyway. After receiving some favorable rulings in the lower courts, the matter eventually made it to the Supreme Court. We all know what happened next, with Dobbs becoming the law of the land, giving free rein to states to ban abortion completely if they like.
  • Here’s the thing. Had Democrats just left Mississippi alone and not provided a path for the issue to reach the Supreme Court, Roe never would have been overturned. They are making the same mistake regarding the bureaucratic state. If Democrats had just left well enough alone and allowed Trump to operate within his authority as president, most of the bureaucracies would have likely been preserved long-term.
  • In the grand scheme of things, USAID is small potatoes. It’s also a losing issue for the left given most Americans don’t want to see their taxpayer money going to transgender operas in South America. But again, Democrats have never understood the idea of measure in strategy. Thus, they have once again charged headlong into battle over what would have otherwise been a contained issue. Instead of taking a short-term, contained loss while preserving what they claim to want to protect, they are now opening up the bureaucratic state to complete destruction.
  • These issues are going to make it to the Supreme Courtand when they do, does anyone really think the conservative majority is going to rule that the executive branch can’t fire bureaucrats under their statutory control? Or that a department secretary can’t access their own department’s information? I wouldn’t count on it. On the contrary, I’d expect the high court to rip away many of the current protections benefiting federal “servants” and hand the president near total control to reform the agencies under his purview.
  • What Democrats have done is open the door wide open for a bureaucratic state bloodbath, and no one can say they weren’t warned.

Lawmakers propose legislation to revoke District of Columbia’s Home Rule Act

  • Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, and Rep. Andy Ogles, R-Tenn. introduced the Bringing Oversight to Washington and Safety to Every Resident Act, or BOWSER Act, named after the Democratic Mayor Muriel Bowser
  • Legislation has been introduced in Congress to repeal the District of Columbia’s Home Rule Act.
  • The lawmakers argue the legislation comes in response to the “mayor and city council’s failure to prevent violent crime, corruption, and voting by non-citizens.”
  • The District of Columbia Home Rule Act of 1973 was enacted by Congress and ratified by D.C. voters. The act gave the district residents limited autonomy over local affairs, allowing them to elect local leaders, including mayors and council members.
  • Despite gaining some control, ultimately, Congress has the authority to manage the nation’s capital, according to Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17 of the U.S. Constitution. The president also has the authority to appoint district judges.
  • Lee underscored crime and corruption as reasons for revoking the act, arguing it is a scorn on the nation’s capital.
  • “The corruption, crime, and incompetence of the D.C. government has been an embarrassment to our nation’s capital for decades,” said the senator. “It is long past time that Congress restored the honor and integrity of George Washington to the beautiful city which bears his name.”
  • The congressman blames Bower’s progressive policies for leading to crime, citing the district’s reputation for violent crimes.
