The [DS] is panicking, they are pushing the midterm psyop on the people and it is not working. They are preparing events because they are losing leverage over their system that they created. Trump just shut-off the money and now they cannot funnel into the criminal syndicate. As the people taking back control the country is going to become very successful, that is the retribution. Trump Axes $810 Million With Rare Pocket Rescission Congress Can’t Stop

  •   the Trump administration dropped another bombshell on federal spending, this time mostly on programs designed to aid illegal aliens with taxpayer money. The president used a little-employed measure called a pocket rescission to claw back $810 million from these programs.

 

To claw back the funds, President Donald Trump used a “pocket rescission,” a budget maneuver the executive branch contends is within its authority but that Congress and the Government Accountability Office (GAO) say exceeds the president’s authority.

The vast majority of the cuts, some $567 million, were aimed at Health and Human Services programs that provided funding to non-government organizations supporting refugees, asylees and other non-citizens.

  • Spider crawling is essentially AI.  A technology tool to search databases and identify results based on parameters established by the individual who launched the search.  However, now in order to push a scare narrative around the hot topic of “AI” the spider crawling is much more in depth and advanced.
  • Now, instead of just searching the internet, advanced AI can find information and answer questions based on lengthy attributes described by the AI user.  AI can now go into proprietary databases and retrieve information to answer complex and complicated question (instructions).
  • If the AI launch, now called an “AI bot”, hits a gate, like a password access point, advanced AI can find workarounds to enter the database, extract the information and return the result to the AI user.  If you understand that process, then this headline has context.

The word “meddling” is used to describe the AI process of trying to get passed the gate.  When there were individual people doing this, we called it “hacking” now the process is automated via instructions to the software search.

CNN Spreads a New ‘Fear Story’ About Trump, Midterms, Then They Wonder Why Media Has No Credibility

  • Then Tapper has to scale that back, saying it’s from an article by The Atlantic and they’re referring to “outside advisers,” i.e., not people in the White House. Then Tapper cites some amorphous comment from Tina Peters: “There is a plan.” What does that even mean? That Trump wants election security? But CNN is clearly spinning it.
  • Tapper even tries to use a sarcastic moment where Trump was clearly joking, saying he was going to “cheat like hell like they do,” to act like it means something beyond a condemnation of Democrats cheating. Just a bizarre attempt at spin.
  • When CNN asked the White House about the report, the White House said these so-called outside “advisers” played no role in election policy at the White House. Sorry, CNN (and The Atlantic), your stories are just bunkum.

Fired FBI Agents Involved in Mar-a-Lago Raid Ask Judge Cannon for Clarity After Grand Jury Subpoenas — Lawyers Raise Fifth Amendment Self-Incrimination Concerns 

  • The same FBI personnel who helped execute the unprecedented August 2022 raid on ’s Mar-a-Lago home are now racing to federal court, not to defend the raid, but to protect themselves.
  • Lawyers for a group of current and former FBI agents and analysts who worked the classified-documents case filed a motion Thursday in the Southern District of Florida asking U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon to clarify a prior order so their clients can sit in front of a Fort Pierce grand jury without walking into contempt, incomplete testimony, or a Fifth Amendment spectacle.
  • According to Associated Press, two of the former employees received grand jury subpoenas on Monday. One is slated to testify as soon as next week. Two more are scheduled the week after.
  • The FBI’s Miami Field Office had already reached out in July and August for “voluntary” interviews and warned that grand jury testimony would follow.
  • The has floated immunity. It has not formally offered it. That is not how innocent fact witnesses usually behave.
  • They say they will talk, if the judge first gives them a shield.
  • The agents argue they are trapped. If they answer questions that touch non-public material in Smith’s buried report, they risk contempt of Cannon’s order. If they hold back, they look like they are hiding something. If they take the Fifth, they say, “innocent former federal civil servants” will look guilty.
  • Most of the clients, the filing says, were fired by FBI Director Kash Patel and are no longer federal employees. One of the subpoenaed agents reviewed the entire Volume II.

• The G.W. Bush Administration ran a national television campaign explaining the Medicare Prescription Drug, Improvement, and Modernization Act to seniors. It also bought Super Bowl airtime for anti-drug and anti-terrorism public service announcements.

• The Obama Administration used national advertising to promote Obamacare subsidies and open enrollment, and a digital campaign to sell its Waters of the United States rule. • The Biden Administration poured hundreds of millions of dollars into “We Can Do This” television, digital, radio, and print spots to drive a nationwide public health message.

• It’s not just modern Administrations. President Woodrow Wilson’s Committee on Public Information used posters, films, and speakers to rally the country. President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s Office of War Information produced films, radio, and posters to promote the war effort. When prior Administrations utilized the airwaves, it was called “public education.”

When this Administration promotes pride in our country, many of those same voices call it “propaganda.” Patriotism isn’t partisan. These public service announcements are unapologetically American, clearly disclosed, and aimed at the country not a line on the ballot. September 25th, 2026.

Breaking: SCOTUS Blocks 8th Circuit’s Missouri Map Ruling: ‘This Was Error’

  • Welp, the Supreme Court has stepped in — again — in the ongoing battle over which congressional map Missouri will use in November, and this time, the message to the lower federal courts was unmistakable.
  • In a per curiam order issued late Friday afternoon, the Court granted an emergency stay sought by People Not Politicians and Richard von Glahn, blocking the 8th Circuit’s September 21 ruling and the permanent injunction subsequently entered by Chief Judge Stephen Clark. Feds arrest, indict hundreds in Trump voter fraud crackdown: ‘Catching it all over the country’

  • The Justice Department says its crackdown on noncitizen voting and election fraud has already produced more than 200 arrests and indictments, with that number possibly doubling soon and state election officials themselves now facing potential charges for looking the other way.

The Trump administration expanded SAVE so states can query federal records (SSA citizenship indicators, USCIS naturalization data, and State Department passport records) using names, dates of birth, and partial SSNs 

 

DOJ has separately demanded unredacted statewide voter rolls (including last-four SSN and driver’s license numbers) from nearly every state to run against SAVE or for NVRA/HAVA list-maintenance reviews.  

 
  • Existing HAVA-required matching of new registrations against SSA records, plus routine death-record and change-of-address checks that states already perform.
  • Targeted investigations of specific flagged names rather than wholesale list transfers.

CONGRESS decided to grant itself an expedited procedure to consider rescinding funds and told the President to hold the funds while Congress decides whether to rescind.

CONGRESS was told by GAO in 1975 that pocket rescissions are permitted and to amend the text to prevent pocket rescissions.

CONGRESS has amended the ICA several times but has let this provision allowing pocket rescissions to stay in place. We are just using the system

CONGRESS established and never changed despite being told by your own GAO to change it. We will continue to use the tools CONGRESS provided to save taxpayer dollars from going to (just a few examples): $567 million for social services for illegal aliens

$15 million in welfare for illegal aliens

$9 million to bail out foreign country climate change policies

$56 million for NGO DEI and race discrimination

But the biggest reason for the meltdown is that the rescissions preemptively blow up the end-of-year, post-election spending jamboree that all the worst people in Congress have been planning for months. Everyone knows the bipartisan spending cabal has been salivating at the prospect of another insane end-of-year omnibus. The Trump admin likely had both dynamics in mind when it took the knife to this absurd and wasteful spending.
