I believe that crypto currency is actually a biblical prophecy.
Rev 13:16 “He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, 17 and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.”
The Mark is another name for German currency. Like many terms used in the Bible, this is figurative, not literal. I surmise that the mark may not even be a physical thing, but an electronic thing where unless your money is kept electronically within crypto currency, there may come a time when some government pulls the plug and you suddenly find yourself flat broke.
