They always find a way to take your money. CA creates all kinds of new taxes and makes the middle class bear the burden. The entire system is failing. Med home price at $600K for 1200 sf old house. Seriously unsustainable in a shut down broken economy. Of course, the agenda 2030 was to depopulate and rewild CA and other places. For them it must be a balancing act to keep the tax roles up but they benefit from the high price of homes in their tax roles. Really a big ponzi scheme all around. Education is near bottom so they can always rely on a dumbed down constituency.
