This good doctor should have changed his status in America… It’s not difficult to end
his contract with the Federal Govt…by becoming an American National, State Citizen and
Secured Party Creditor. When he does this slightly complex, legal, lawful change of status,
the Federal Govt. has NO JURISDICTION OVER HIM, UNLESS HE HAS HARMED SOMEONE,
GROUPS, DAMAGED PROPERTY (Common Law)… Even then, they must prove the
harm, have evidence, etc.. The Federal Govt. HAS NO POWER
