I happen to work in the Utilities Dept. of Los Alamos National Lab (as in atomic bomb). I used to be the manager over the Electric and Steam Section. My office is just down the hall from Electric Dispatch.
If there is a widespread electrical outage, it will be interesting to see if they take down this national lab. And, in this case, the [electrical] power pool is just for the very small Los Alamos county. LANL uses about 85% of the electric power of this power pool. In addition, we have enough onsite electrical generation to cover essential loads at LANL. So, LANL could be isolated from a widespread electrical outage. We’ll see. I also live in the county with a population of about 12,500.

Notice what President Trump said at the conference in N.C. “They won’t stop until November 2024.” He knows he will begin to finish his second term soon and end it through 2024. If he would run after that, it would continue through 2028. He knows he will be president through 2024 and become ineligible to run for again in 2024 for another term.
