You just described why Barr answered the way he did when asked about election fraud. It was just about 3 weeks post election when the interview took place . . . Barr told the AP that U.S. attorneys and FBI agents have been working to follow up specific complaints and information they’ve received, but “to date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election.”
I see this as a way to wait for further execution of the ‘Patriot’s plan’ not to be seen as an agent of Trump! Maybe correct or not, but definitely a possibility – just like to use of Sessions in the early days behind the scenes.

I finally figured it out. All this “stuff” about having to show the people is just a cover story the alliance is using while they work on the rollout of the QFS-Quantum Financial System-also known as the Global Currency Re-Evaluation and the new Starlink satellite system which is still in it’s infancy stage. Think about it. if Trump actually got 75%, 80%, 85% of the vote, that sure sounds like a near saturation level of the masses being awake to me. However you want to put it: having the people wake up / the people need to see it, it’s all just a cover story while the alliance works to complete the rollout of the QFS and Starlink.
