It is my understanding that the Covid 19 vaccine and antibodies does not prevent you from contracting Covid 19 virus or from testing positive if you have been exposed to the Covid 19 virus. What the Covid 19 vaccine and antibodies does do, is prevent you from getting sick or very sick when exposed to the Covid 19 virus. This is the same for all vaccinations, for any virus. When you are exposed to a virus the vaccine or antibodies then go into action, preventing you from getting sick or very sick. As that happens, you will test positive.
