That’s Incorrect.
Article V of the Constitution lays out the ways it can be amended. There are two paths: one through Congress, and one through the states. In Congress, two-thirds of the Senate and two-thirds of the House of Representatives must vote to propose an amendment. Or, two-thirds of the states can petition the Congress to open a convention for proposing amendments.
Any proposed amendment that comes out of it must then be approved by three-fourths of the states (today that’s 38 states) within a reasonable time. What makes for a “reasonable time” is not defined, but Congress has attached time limits, controversially, to some amendment proposals.
How hard is it to do all of that and actually amend the Constitution? Well, since the Bill of Rights was ratified in 1791, it’s only been accomplished 17 times.
Remember the 18th Amendment was Repealed… (sale and consumption of liquor)
Or the 26th Amendment lowered the Voting Age from 21 to 18 took until 1970 after several tries. The Vietnam War brought the slogan… Old Enough to Fight, Old Enough to Vote!

Families and individuals that can’t afford food, gas, utilities, car notes, housing, are going to rise up. The loss of supplies and food are going to make things worse. People are going to rise up and go after these nut jobs in government. There have been 95 fires in different food manufacturing plants including livestock. If you think people are going to wait for 11.3 to feed their families, I would like to know what drug you are smoking because that is pure delusion. 11.3 is an election, not a cure for food shortages, loss of houses, cars, utilities and other essentials. After the election, things are not going to magically change. Continue smoking what you are smoking, you are living in a dream world. Trump may have it all, but he can’t control people that can’t feed their children, make enough money to support themselves or support their families. We have the constitution, and it says we are to overthrow a tyrannical government. I believe that is going to be what will happen.
