– Demonstrate that the Search Warrant was an Unconstitutional violation of Trump’s Fourth Amendment Right against unlawful search and seizure by being overly broad, non-specific, and failing to meet the standard of urgency. And, therefore, the seized evidence must be thrown out.
– Cite and detail the FBI’s propagation of the Russia Collusion Hoax
– Cite and detail the FBI’s provision of false evidence to a FISA court, for the purpose of illegally spying on a member of the Trump campaign.
call Law professors to testify that the Constitution gave Trump the Right to declassify any document, at any time, without getting approval from anybody
– Cite Supreme Court rulings giving the President ultimate and full Constitutional power to declassify any document, at any time, without getting approval from anybody
– Call law professors to testify that the President has the Constitutional Power to declassify documents by the very act of simply taking them out of the White House; and can take any
executive document anywhere he pleases without getting permission from anybody
