IN THE CONSTITUTION IT SAYS GOLD & SILVER ARE MONEY!
HOW CAN A PRESIDENT LEGALLY REQUIRE IT TO BE TURNED IN TO THE GOVT?
I WOULD THINK IF SOMEONE BROUGHT A COURT CASE IN 1933 CHALLENGING THIS IT WOULD BE AN EASY WIN! I DON’T EVEN THINK CONGRESS COULD DO IT!
WHY DID NO ONE DISPUTE E.O. 6102?
IT SEEMS CLEARLY UNCONSTITUTIONAL!
