I am no lawyer, but it seems like a good idea that: If a news media, individuals in congress, FBI, CIA, etc. can be proven to have DELIBERATELY promulgated a FALSEHOOD like RUSSIA RUSSIA RUSSIA, then these people s/b held financially liable to pay back the American people for all the court costs, lawyer fees, research fees, committee salaries etc. that went into the investigation. This s/b beyond defamation suits by the slandered (i.e. Donald Trump.) …Furthermore, it should not be subject to a court case rebuttal, it should be IMMEDIATE and irreversible. For example, If I cheat on my taxes, the IRS (illegally of course) were granted power to levy my wages, bank accounts, sell my properties etc. — and so should it be with these individuals. And afterward, if determined that their actions are identified as ‘treasonous’ – they should be put to death by military tribunal.
