  When you talk about corporate profits declining or remaining at a level the question becomes in what currency? By that I mean in 2020 dollars equivalent? 2021? etc.
  I recently started calculating gains or losses by restating costs in currency equivalent as of the date of sales. My first calculation was for a property acquired in 2001 and sold in 2022. On paper there was a gain of $1.25 million minus $400K cost. Restated in constant dollars there was a $2 million loss.
  To do my calculations of changes in dollar value I need to look at dilution of currency and relate this to changes in GDP.
  This was a Canadian transaction and my calculations showed that real Canadian GDP DECLINED by 49%. Our group will be using my techniques and calculations first within our own businesses in the US, Canada and EU. Later we will be expanding to any and all businesses anywhere on the planet. This will change everything.
