How is it true that a Prosecutor is licensed to indict? I thought indictments had to gotrough a Grnd Jury??Wouldn’t it be a conflict of interests for a Prosecutor who is licensed “to Prosecute” to also have the power t indict???? Doesn’t such a condition put too much discretion in the hands of a prosecutor to both indict and prosecute??? Such a conditon puts EVEERYONE on the chopping block of having “to defend” against an indictment when at will a Prosecutour…for whatever reason “would decide” “to Proscute”/// Thee is a reason for separation of powere which is not limited to the powers of ourt government. Need to have some checks and balances…however in The Democracy” that is now inexistence as opposed to Constitutioal consideerations “of” The Repubic…such “devices” to go on a witch hunt were never allowed. Dave, IMHO I can still see and think 35% of the electorate will follow the (DS) on the basis that “science” put together information that the holy grail of “Knowledge” {=”science”) produced information and data that produced a vaccine capable of protecting people from that Covid 19 “virus”. If a “scientist” knows enough about the phenomena being investigated he can (re)produce virtually any outcome he desires by setting up the experiment so as to get his desired outcome – for whatever reasons he may want to achieve. Will it be “scientific”? Eminently so. Can it be directed to produce a desired dishonest or destructive goal by this means? $$$ Science has been for sale in this country for many decades.
