What ever happened to the voter tabulation team, in Arizona, that all wore color coordinated shirts and sat at color coordinated carousels, each carousels having four team members investigating different issues with the ballots? This was coordinated by Jovan Pulitzer! There were thousands of volunteers.

The Second ammendment is , in fact, an ammendment on the Constitution. The first ten ammendments were voted for in a session after the Continental Congress fully ratified the main body of the constitution. That ratifacation was contingent on the imediate vote for the Bill of Rights as the first ten ammendments to that constitution. All the ammendments have equal status as part of the original Constitution. Some have been altered , and or taken away, by a 2/3 majority vote. For example , we used to elect all Senators , state and federal, by a majority of the representatives, not by the people. This was akin to the purpose of the electoral college and was changed with an ammendment. Not all of the ammendments were legally ratified, as in the 16th ammendment, although they are treated as such.
