With the recent indictment of President Trump, where would one find the actual language within the Presidential Records Act (PRA) of 2018 that permits “any” document to be taken? I have the PRA on the screen and cannot see any such language. I’m looking at 44 USC Chapter 22: Presidential Records. The précis I’m looking at make no such authorization. So… there must be some other document in play if what is asserted is true. What is that document? Thanks.
