If Biden really wanted students on his side, instead of trying to unconstitutionally bypass Congress to eliminate part of tudent loan debt, my understanding is that he actually has constitutional authority, with no congressional approval needed, to make it so that student loan debt willl be forgiven durung a bankruptcy!! This is according to attorney Robert Barnes (he appears in regular podcasts, etc. with Canaduan attorney Viva Frei).
In other words, Biden just wants to LOOK LIKE he’s helping students without actually doing so!
