    Didn’t Biden give Xi a list of sites that hackers couldn’t hit after there was a hacking accusation against the Chinese near the beginning of Biden’s presidency, or something like that? I remember hearing him or his flunkies say it and thinking, ‘I bet you did. A list of what to hack to take down power, water and communication and how to do it.’
