  If a man uses a telescope to look at the moon and another man uses a telescope to look at a woman’s locker room, it is not the telescope that is evil. It is the user of the telescope who has done what should not be done. This the same logic is used with guns. It is the shooter not the gun.
  The warrant issue is not the warrants, it is the people who misuse the warrants. There was a very good reason to establish the program, but the program was used illegally. Look at the legal use of the program. I can’t tell you because I signed the paperwork saying I would not tell others. I personally sat in the room where I learned the CIA was going to use a legal NSA program in an illegal way which would also look as if it was NSA doing it. This issue is not being talked about correctly by both sides.
