    The ones pulling the strings above the deep state players (actors) are a controversial topic. Some claim that the annunaki (elohim) have been messing with humans for a very long time. They consider humans as food. Have you heard of them? Also homocapensis (elongated skull beings) have been manipulating humans which they are not. It just seems that there are outside forces (other world beings) manipulating human beings. Think about it.
