Dave you must understand that California uses their money for homeless to combat them, not to help them get back on their feet. California is known for renting dumpsters and hiring people to come throw everyone stuff away instead of renting a dumpster so people can throw the trash away themselves or let’s see having porta potties in a strategic area.
