I’m not quite sure how the “power of the purse” works in certain situations. Can the new House committees still withhold funds (as Kash suggests) even though the Omnibus has been signed into law?

Either Kash Patel is giving out misinformation/disinformation as farcas military involvement or he’s notone of the people privvy to the whole plan as I thought he might be.
Q has clearly stated, “The military is the only way.” So in one form or another, according to Q at least, there WILL be military involvement at some point.
The Fact that The President “is called” more often than not “Commander-in-Chief” a military title refutes primie facie Kash paels Claim tha we are functioning under The Constitution.. The President becomes Commander-in-Chif in an Emegency and the U>S. has been an emergency form of government since at least 1933 therefore The military has absolute power to step in and “depose” Biden and arrest him and try him and his family IF there was collusion to undermine the lawful ecetoral process…so why is Kash Patel ignoring this salient fact???
