Kim Bright is a pioneering figure in the nutrition industry, recognized as an expert in health and wellness. Bright studied under well-known health experts and industry leaders, and she both attended and taught at The Kushi Institute in Massachusetts. In 1985, Bright opened A Change of Season’s Restaurant in Westport, Connecticut, which was the state’s first non-smoking restaurant.
