Countries in the EU are now moving away from the green agenda. Those countries that continue with that agenda are going to implode. Trump shutdown wind and solar projects because they are a national security threat. Social Security is a scam. D’s are the destroyer of jobs. Trump is maintaining control via tariffs. Investors are betting on the infrastructure projects. The [DS] is now preparing to stop Trump, they tried everything else and the latest assassination attempt it looks like Trump might have exposed who the players are that are working against protecting the President. The agencies were to protect the [DS] system and Trump and team have been reversing all of this. Trump holds all the cards and is leading the [DS] players down a path of no return. Why interfere with an enemy while they are in the process of destroying themselves.

Trump rejects the War Powers Resolution

  • In 1973, when Nixon was winding down the Vietnam War, Congress enacted the War Powers Resolution. The Democrats backing the resolution held veto-proof majorities in both chambers of Congress. Nixon’s veto was symbolic only.
  • The Resolution puts the president on a clock: He has 48 hours after initiating an armed conflict to notify Congress, and after 60 days, unless Congress gives him permission, he must end the military action.
  • Today, President Trump has declared war on the War Powers Resolution, saying that Congress cannot constrain his constitutional role as commander in chief and executive over foreign policy. Trump is probably right that it’s unconstitutionally rigid in its demands, but even if he wins on that point, he’ll still have to deal with Congress eventually when it comes to money to run the war.

 

Let me just tell you, on the war powers, so many presidents, as you know, have gone and exceeded it. It’s never been used. It’s never been adhered to. And every other president considered it totally unconstitutional. And we agree with that.

  • There’s no doubt that the Constitution explicitly gives Congress the power “To declare War…”
  •  the executive has a few powers of his own. First, he has “The executive Power,” an undefined term that can easily be read to encompass military action without a formal declaration of war. That same term has always been understood to mean that the president oversees foreign policy, which implicitly includes using the military defensively against foreign threats.
  • Second, the executive is the “Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States…” The limitation on that role is that it is effective only when the military is “called into the actual Service of the United States.”
  • Historically, right up until the War Powers Resolution, presidents acted unilaterally to put America on a war footing. Of course, they eventually had to go to Congress, because Congress has the checkbook, and is a necessary player in a sustained war.

These details are hard to ignore…..seems extremely coordinated!!? My hope is that Trump’s team intercepted credible intelligence about a #DeepState plot at the #WHCD. And instead of shutting it down immediately, the “good guys” layered in multiple levels of security & strategically allowed the plan to play out just enough to spring a trap — one that would catch not only the shooter, but the entire network of assets & bad actors behind him.
