No, not all US bases in the Middle East have been destroyed or eliminated.  

Independent reporting and analysis show significant Iranian strikes have caused  damage, but nowhere near total elimination of US bases:

• Iranian missile/drone attacks have hit or damaged multiple US-used bases and infrastructure (e.g., Al Udeid in Qatar, Fifth Fleet HQ in Bahrain, Ali Al-Salem in Kuwait, Prince Sultan in Saudi Arabia, and others in the UAE/Jordan). Satellite imagery and verified reports confirm hits on air-defense systems, radar/comms facilities, aircraft shelters, and warehouses. 
• Estimated damage to US military infrastructure from these strikes: ~$800 million in the first 2–3 weeks of the conflict (higher than earlier public figures). Some US casualties have occurred (dozens killed/wounded across the region). 
• However, major hubs like Al Udeid Air Base (Qatar’s massive facility hosting ~10,000 US troops and CENTCOM forward HQ) and Bahrain’s Fifth Fleet remain operational. The US military continues air/naval operations, counterstrikes on Iranian targets, and is actively deploying reinforcements (including elements of the 82nd Airborne Division).
