I hope this will all come to a favorable end, but the power of the deep state is so massive it is difficult to maintain the hope (example is nicely illustrated by today’s announcement of election results).
Over the years I have found that the hardest battle has been that; people of average intelligence simply can’t fathom that a deep state actually exists?

This is all a moot point now, considering that even Fox News has now abandoned the real winner, dug his grave, and shoved him in it. Fairness and principles be damned. It seems that our elections are even more meaningless than I already thought they were. For decades I’ve refused to fly a flag at my home even on Independence Day, because I had lost faith in our Government. Last year I bought a Betsy Ross flag because it symbolizes the principals under which our Government was founded. Now I see that the swamp creatures won the battle, exposing themselves with impunity…. without fear or apprehension. Our Democracy is just an illusion. We are governed by a mobocracy, and the mob won.
I’ve said all along that no one would ever be arrested for their crimes against Trump and our Democracy, despite your constant assurances that they would be. Now all those crimes are gone with the wind, just as I suspected all along. Everybody gets off Scott-free. You were wrong, and anybody who hasn’t figured that out by now is a chump.
