Britons told to accept they are poorer
- British households and businesses need to accept that they are worse off and should stop asking for wage increases and pushing prices higher, the Bank of England’s chief economist, Huw Pill, said on Tuesday.
- According to Pill, “a series of inflationary shocks” generated by the pandemic, the conflict in Ukraine, and crop shortages have sent prices in the UK to a 40-year high. He claimed that in response to surging bills and other rising costs, workers and businesses are attempting to transfer the impact of inflation onto each other.
- People “try and pass that cost on to one of our compatriots, saying ‘we’ll be all right, but they will have to take our share too,’” Pill argued. He warned that the “pass the parcel game that’s going on here… that game is generating inflation, and that part of inflation can persist.”
- Instead, people have to realize that they are poorer because “if the cost of what you’re buying has gone up compared to what you’re selling, you’re going to be worse off,” he said.

3,000-Strong Migrant Caravan Begins Walking Toward US–Mexico Border
- Around 3,000 migrants set out on Sunday in a large caravan from southern Mexico and began walking north in what organizers said was a protest demanding an end to detention centers like the one that burned down last month, killing dozens.
- The migrants, mostly Venezuelans, started walking north early Sunday from Tapachula, a city in Mexico close to the border with Guatemala.
- The stated goal of the migrants is to reach Mexico City in around 10 days and appeal for the closure of detention centers.

WA bans sale of AR-15s and other semi-automatic rifles, effective immediately
- Washington became the 10th state to prohibit sales of AR-15s and dozens of other semi-automatic rifles Tuesday, as Gov. Jay Inslee signed the ban into law, effective immediately.
- The state Capitol was closed to the public Tuesday morning for the signing ceremony out of security concerns, though only a handful of protesters gathered outside.
- “These weapons of war, assault weapons, have no reason other than mass murder,” Inslee said at the ceremony in the ornate State Reception Room, flanked by lawmakers and people who’d lost loved ones to gun violence. “Their only purpose is to kill humans as rapidly as possible in large numbers.”
- The gun ban signed by Inslee, which stacks atop a bundle of gun restrictions adopted over the past several years in Washington, is aimed at high-powered rifles that have been used to carry out the worst mass shootings across the U.S.
- Inslee on Tuesday also signed into law two other major gun measures, including a 10-day waiting period for firearm purchases and a bill that would hold gunmakers liable for negligent sales.

- The mRNA gene therapies sold to the public as “vaccines” don’t prevent the spread of the virus, as even CDC Director Rochelle Walensky testified under oath, and have led to serious side effects. It doesn’t take a genius to anticipate that a reckoning is coming for those who hyped the jabs, downplayed alternatives, and even coerced people into receiving the drugs whose long-term side effects are unknown.
- One non-genius who sees this is Justin Trudeau, Canada’s prime minister. Speaking at a public forum in Ottawa, he engaged in what intelligence jargon calls a “limited hangout,” meaning,

- The best evidence that Biden seems to have for the claim is that before the 2022 midterm elections, Sen. Rick Scott, R-Fla., released an 11-point plan that, among other things, called for Congress to vote to reauthorize all federal programs, as opposed to allowing all programs to renew automatically.
- The Florida Republican’s proposal didn’t single out Social Security, but also didn’t include a caveat for Social Security or any other budgetary item.
- However, Republicans didn’t adopt the Scott plan—with at best vague references to Social Security—as an official campaign document.
- 2. ‘Stand Up for the Right to Vote’

Trump zeroes in on a key target of his ‘retribution’ agenda: Government workers
- A central part of Donald Trump’s 2024 presidential bid is a promise to dismantle the “deep state.”
- “Either the deep state destroys America or we destroy the deep state,” the former president declared in March at his first rally.
- He has also vowed “retribution” for his political enemies, saying that if he gets back into the White House “their reign is over.”
- At the top of Trump’s list is reinstituting an executive order known as “Schedule F,” which would reclassify tens of thousands of federal employees involved in policy decisions as at-will employees. In other words, they would lose their employment protections, and it would be much easier for a president to fire them.
- And to give a taste of how the policy might be used, the line immediately following Schedule F is a pledge to “overhaul federal departments and agencies, firing all of the corrupt actors in our National Security and Intelligence apparatus.”
- The policy was instituted in the final weeks of the Trump administration but was not fully implemented. This time around, should Trump return to the White House, there would be little delay.

An amazing element of these polls: where as 70% say they don’t want FJB in office, the pollisters still claim the turd has a 40+% approval rating. And now this one cited above at 72% saying ‘things are out of control.’ It isn’t possible to count more than 100% (even with damos stuffing ballots – 100% is ALL). Same error in 2020: 81 million votes when added to Mr T’s official tally exceeds the number of voters in the country – granted damos are stupid and the polls are produced by damos, ergo, by the stupid; so naturally the assumption is every one is stupid. The only serious question is: is the deep-state clever or stupid? Can not be both.

I asked if anyone else had this issue, and she reluctantly admitted that they have received a lot of “complaints”. No service but still paying for it?
