- Brain-dead Biden’s proposed Inflation Reduction Act ( IRA) is supposed to give us cheap “green” energy. We were told that the IRA would give us cheap ‘green’ energy for ‘only’ $400 billion in subsidies.
- In reality, the IRA has a limitless price tag due to its 1) limitless number of years, 2) limitless dollars per year, 3) limitless harm to our grid.
- The promise that for just $400 billion the IRA would give us cheap ‘green’ energy never made sense.
- If the ‘green’ sources the IRA was subsidizing were actually on the verge of being cheap, they wouldn’t need to be subsidized.
- If the IRA was trying to make low-carbon energy cheap—which is the only way to lower global CO2 emissions long-term—it would have focused on liberating low-carbon energy production from the anti-development ‘green’ regulationsthat hold back nuclear, geothermal, and natural gas.
- The real goal of the IRA was to pretend to do something about global CO2 so as to wildly enrich ‘green’ companiesthat are unable/unwilling to compete on a real market—above all solar/wind companies, who successfully lobby to be paid a (subsidized) premium for unreliable

Judge Dismisses Biden Admin’s Motion to Dismiss Big Tech Collusion Case
- A federal judge wants to get to the bottom of what kind of interactions the federal government has had with big tech companies and has ordered that it show its communications.
- U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana Judge Terry Doughty rejected the Biden administration’s motion to dismiss a landmark case alleging collusion between the federal government and Big Tech to censor certain users related to COVID-19.
- In Missouri v. Biden, the states of Louisiana and Missouri filed a lawsuit alleging that social media companies — such as YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn — censored certain viewpoints and users on its platforms at the direction of members of President Joe Biden’s administration as well as leaders at federal government agencies.
- “The Court finds that the Complaint alleges significant encouragement and coercion that converts the otherwise private conduct of censorship on social media platforms into state action, and is unpersuaded by Defendants’ arguments to the contrary,” Doughty wrote in his ruling.
- Doughty said he was “unpersuaded” by some of the government’s arguments in court, particularly their attempts to downplay coercive threats as “isolated episodes in which federal officials engaged in rhetoric about misinformation on social media platforms.”
- “Further, while the Government may certainly select the messages it wishes to convey, this freedom is limited by the more fundamental principle that a government entity may not employ threats to limit the free speech of private citizens,” Doughty wrote.
- The case is scheduled for a preliminary injunction hearing on May 12.
- The lawsuit alleges that social media companies labeled information as “misinformation” and “disinformation” in violation of the First Amendment and that the federal government went beyond its authority and the Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of Homeland Security violated the Administrative Procedure Act.

- The World Health Organization (WHO) said on Tuesday that fighters in conflict-ravaged Sudan had occupied the national public laboratory holding samples of diseases including polio and measles, creating an “extremely, extremely dangerous” situation.
Fighters “kicked out all the technicians from the lab… which is completely under the control of one of the fighting parties as a military base,” said Nima Saeed Abid, the WHO’s representative in Sudan.

US warns of new Russian offensive in Ukraine
- Kiev has been promising for months to launch a counteroffensive against Russia sometime this spring, after receiving weapons and training for its troops from the US and other foreign backers.

When you’re leading by seemingly insurmountable numbers, and you have hostile Networks with angry, TRUMP & MAGA hating anchors asking the “questions,” why subject yourself to being libeled and abused? Also, the Second Debate is being held at the Reagan Library, the Chairman of which is, amazingly, Fred Ryan, Publisher of The Washington Post. NO!

Love your reports, just want to give you an update/change
You talk of 11.3 as of November 3rd. It is not a date. It is a ‘marker’ in the
Code/Book of Law. I don’t have the link handy. Kanekoa the Great can also point you to this.
Sounds like recently you have your doubts about Pence.
I assume you haven’t been following his actions lately.
I’ve watched many of his recent speeches, and almost ends them with, “The Best Is Yet to Come.”
What’s telling is the says it in the exact way Trump says it, same emphasis and intonation.
He’s been using it since at least his last speech as VP at 10th Mountain Division.
There was also a punisher symbol on one of the helicopters in the facility – picture of it as he comes to make his speech.
Isn’t the phrase, the best is to come, kind a Q comm?
If so…and I believe it is….that clearly means Pence is also a part of Q.
Keep an eye on Pence too…I think he is playing a very important role in this 5G warfare, Devolution, COG, etc.
My theory is he is the Acting President, from the Presidential Succession Act in the Constitution. The framers of the Constitution were very clear that they never wanted the military to control the country alone. They were emphatic that the military must always be under civilian oversight. There must be a CIC, elected or designated, to oversee the military.
The PSA – was created for the purpose there will always be one civilian successor to the President will serve temporarily as the CIC.
I think that’s Pence. When we transitioned into Devolution/COG – Trump removed himself, maybe via 25th amend, and make Pence the acting President.
His role may be limited to mainly working with Chris Miller, the acting Sec of Defense, who I believe is in charge of the military – the Special Forces area. And Pence is basically giving Miller the green light to do whatever he needs to with the military.
That makes sense why Miller thanked, personally and profusely, Pence at the Anniversary of Space Force, for working together on the most complex military operation in US History.
It makes sense why Pence has been purposely demonized by operators in MAGA to cover his role, and why he has publicly separated from Trump. Some called it kayfabe, like me. It’s for the optics, to deceive the enemy, and for Pence to safely carry out his duties in secret without fearing for his safety.
Pence is still advocating and promoting heavily the Trump-Pence administration policies – everywhere in interviews, speeches, media appearances, and his book. He’s been complimentary of Trump and giving him rightful credit for his success as a strong leader.
While still maintaining the narrative of their so-called riff. There are probably many other reasons for why they are continuing their kayfabe.
Although has never harshly went after Pence. He’s always said Pence is a good man, they just disagreed on one thing. He’s been softening up on Pence lately, recently defending him said he’s a nice man, and a good man, and the hopes more people will warmly approve him. We’ll see.
I don’t know if Pence is going to run against Trump in 2024. I kind of doubt it. I think he’s been performing his duty as the Vice President all along. That’s why he’s going everywhere touting the Trump-Pence policies, and hammering Biden, etc. It’s like he’s been campaigning with Trump – secretly…while optically teasing a Presidential run. But how else will he be invited to these platforms, but really to promote Trump-Pence agendas.
I believe Pence will be Trump’s VP again. Realistically, he’s the most qualified, experienced, proven successful and effective partner to work with Trump. I don’t believe their work is done. He will be able to start off working as soon as Trump is in office. And people, will gradually accept or at least get used to him. American people tend to like to move on with the business of life, and move past the bad things. And, people don’t vote for the VP. The President picks his VP. And I think Trump will want the best one to work with. They both said they had a very good and close working relationship. And they were also good friends.
So in summary – Trust Pence.

The Military is owned by the DS (federal reserve) and will not be activated for the treasonous people or any other crime the Biden crime family has committed. This country is totally corrupt, and it will take a revolution to correct.
