The [CB]/[WEF] are now openly battling the farmers, the people are pushing back against their system. Their narrative is falling apart. The people are no longer with them. The system is falling apart and it is now time to restructure the entire thing. The [DS] knows they cannot win the 2024 election. They know they will not be able to create enough ballots to pull it off this time. So they have come up with another plan to postpone the election and to try to have a color revolution. They push the insurgency across America to get people to rise up and to fight a civil war. This will fail because the solution to an insurgency is a counterinsurgency, this is a combination of the military and the people.

Study: EVs release 1,850x more particle pollution than gas-powered cars

  • Two years ago, an emissions data firm known as Emissions Analytics, published a study that revealed E.V.s emitted more pollution than gas-powered cars, and the type of pollution they emitted is the most common vehicle-related environmental contamination.
  • Here are some blurbs from an abridged version, via the New York Post:
  • [The study] found that brakes and tires on EVs release 1,850 times more particle pollution compared to modern tailpipes, which have ‘efficient’ exhaust filters, bringing gas-powered vehicles’ emissions to new lows.
  • Today, most vehicle-related pollution comes from tire wear.
  • As heavy cars drive on light-duty tires — most often made with synthetic rubber made from crude oil and other fillers and additives — they deteriorate and release harmful chemicals into the air, according to Emission Analytics.
  • A particle-pollution rate almost 2,000 times worse than traditional cars? Of course that’s not even factoring in the environmental impact of mining the materials, the manufacturing process, and the disposal of these things. Oh, and that’s not the only disparate impact—the slave labor used to mine the mineral is medieval and rife with child abuse (Congo and its cobalt mining practices come to mind).

Layoffs Surge For Another Month Despite Job Gains

  • Job cuts increased to 84,638 in February, 3% higher than in January when layoffs also soared, and 9% higher than February last year, which had 77,770 cuts, according to the report. The layoffs are in spite of strong reported job growth, with the U.S. adding 353,000 nonfarm payroll jobs in January, far higher than expectations of 180,000.

Biden pick of John Podesta as climate czar sparks joint congressional investigation

  •   President Joe Biden‘s move to crown veteran Democratic strategist John Podesta as his lead climate diplomat has prompted an investigation by top Republicans in Congress, who are accusing the White House of sidestepping their authority.
  •  But the appointment “appears to be a blatant attempt to sidestep congressional oversight and install Mr. Podesta in a position that under federal law requires the advice and consent of the United States Senate,” House Energy and Commerce Committee Chairwoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA) and Sen. Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV), ranking member for the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, wrote in a letter Tuesday evening to the president.
  • “We are alarmed at your apparent decision to circumvent the law,” the lawmakers told Biden. “This appointment is another example of your administration’s practice of creating new offices that do not require Senate confirmation or that do not have explicit statutory missions and constraints. By placing considerable policy authority with these individuals, you demonstrate a flagrant disregard for the separation of powers and congressional authority under both the Constitution and federal law.”

DHS spending $3M — the salary of 70 border agents — on Alejandro Mayorkas impeachment defense

  • The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is spending $3 million on a law firm to defend agency Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas from impeachment.
  • DHS hired a private law firm on Jan. 26 to provide legal counsel as House Republicans began pushing to impeach Mayorkas, according to an agency contract the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project shared with The Post.
  • The $3 million figure is equivalent to the starting salary of 70 new border agents at $42,000 each.
  • Records published online show the government awarded the contract to New York law firm Debevoise & Plimpton and that it runs until 2025.
  • DHS said that hiring outside counsel was necessary “to ensure that the Department’s interest in the deliberative process and other executive branch and Departmental equities are protected,” according to the contract, which the Oversight Project obtained through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit.

New Bill Would Strip COVID-19 Vaccine Manufacturers Of Liability Protection

  • Legislation introduced on March 5 would strip COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers of liability protections, enabling Americans injured by the shots to sue the companies.
  • The bill, proposed by Rep. Chip Roy (R-Texas), would retroactively remove protections from the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP Act) for COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers.
  • “No federal law … may make the manufacturer of a COVID-19 vaccine immune from suit or liability, or limit the liability of such a manufacturer, with respect to claims for loss caused by, arising out of, relating to, or resulting from the administration to or the use by an individual of a COVID–19 vaccine,” the bill states.
  • The PREP Act currently protects manufacturers and people who administer the vaccines from liability, under a 2020 declaration entered by then-Health Secretary Alex Azar during former President Donald Trump’s administration in 2020. President Joe Biden’s administration has since extended the declaration.
  • “Millions of Americans were forced to take a COVID-19 shot out of fear of losing their livelihoods and under false pretenses. Many have faced injury from the vaccine, but few have been afforded little recourse,” Mr. Roy said in a statement.
