2. Create a poll that says people believe we are headed for a recession to back up their story of a recession
3. change the narrative and make sure people understand that Trump would be responsible and not the Fed, this is where we are now

On economy, more Americans see president in charge than the Fed

•   Trump has tried to blame the Federal Reserve for a slowing U.S. economy, but it turns out that voters may pin the blame on him.

• A Bloomberg survey conducted with YouGov showed 28% of American adults believe the president in general is most responsible for the economy. That surpasses the 20% of respondents who say Congress is most responsible and the 17% who assign responsibility to the central bank. The margin of error is plus or minus 3 percentage points.

• Over the past two years, Trump has tied himself closely to the economy, said Gregory Daco, chief U.S. economist at Oxford Economics.

• “He’s trying to shift the paradigm to be, ‘The economy’s good because of him and the economy’s bad because of somebody else,’ but I’m not sure that will work in people’s psyche,” Daco said.

Lets review the first part of the plan, recession is coming, survey says people think a recession is coming, this part has failed, the MSM can’t go against the Fed and when the Fed reported that there is no recession the blame shifted completely onto the Fed.

• A former NFL player and current Georgia business owner was arrested after allegedly trashing his own restaurant and ice cream shop to make it look like he was the victim of a hate crime by a supporter of the president.
• Edawn Coughman, 31, of Buford, was taken into custody on Sept. 13 on charges of false reporting a burglary, insurance fraud, and concealing a license plate, Gwinnett County police said in a press release.
• Police responded just before 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 11, after a 911 call reporting apparent break-ins at the Create and Bake Restaurant and Coughman’s Creamery in unincorporated Lawrenceville. The caller said the suspect was still inside one of the businesses and was committing acts of vandalism.
• Officers attending to the scene confronted a suspect, who, according to the Gwinnett Daily Post, was wearing gloves and a hoodie. Officers then learned that the suspect—Coughman—owned the businesses. He told them he was the victim of a burglary earlier in the day and had returned to tidy up.
• “Edawn told officers that he noticed the damage and theft of equipment earlier in the day. He said that he called his insurance company to report the incident, but he did not call 911,” police said.

• Upon further investigation, police concluded the former tackle for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers “conjured a premeditated plan to damage his own property, attempt to make it appear as a hate crime, file a claim with his insurance company, and sell off the undamaged appliances and electronics.”
• Coughman allegedly used a yellow crow bar to simulate the effects of a break-in, and used black spray paint to scrawl “racially-motivated words, swastikas, and ‘MAGA’” on the walls, referring to President Donald Trump’s 2016 slogan, “Make America Great Again.” Police noted in the release that “the back door to one of the businesses had yellow pry marks.”

• The details emerged as the Air Force was called to explain a March stopover in the Scottish resort — with Democrats on the House Oversight Committee writing to Acting Defense Secretary Patrick Shanahan as part of their investigation into alleged conflicts of interest by the president. The twist revealing that the airport deal predates his administration could boost Trump’s case.
• It also reported that the contract with the Prestwick Airport was in fact signed during the Obama administration. The report shows  that the airport was sending visiting crews to Trump’s course before he ran for president.
• The Air Force said in a statement that relatively few crews stayed at Trump Turnberry between 2015 and 2019.
• “We reviewed the vast majority of the 659 overnight stays of Air Force crews in the vicinity at Glasgow Prestwick Airport between 2015 and 2019. Approximately six percent of those crews stayed at the Trump Turnberry,” the statement from an Air Force official said. “As a practice, we generally send aircrews to the closest, most suitable accommodations within the government hotel rate.

• Ronan Farrow and Jane Mayer have released a report in the New Yorker from a second woman accusing Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct .
• The 53-year-old accuser Deborah Ramirez told the New Yorker that she was initially hesitant to speak out because she was drunk at the time and her memory had gaps. She spent six days “carefully assessing her memories” and consulting with her attorney before going public.

• This was amazing —During the investigation two male students who were allegedly at the party, the wife of another male student, and three other Yale classmates all told Ronan Farrow that there is no way Kavanaugh assaulted Ramirez.
• The New Yorker ran with the story anyway without any credible evidence …only wild 30-year-old accusations from a drunk.
  It was so bad The New York Times turned the story down.
  That’s pretty bad!
• But now the liberal media is pushing the same debunked story this weekend.
• The fact that it was already debunked did not make any headlines.
