Regarding the mechanics of any centralized system of digital financial controls: All one need do is look at and monitor for awhile, or examine the progression of errors in, the financial transactions in state run social services. Most digitally entered systems must have typists who are forced to make a quota of entries, key strokes, to the data bank every hour. The way government works is liable to hire careless typists who have little concern about the accuracy of their entries. They probably will never be held to account for their error rate due to union contract clauses or lax supervision of the rank and file workers who make the keystroke quota, or not.
All one need do is examine the records of state run social services workers who are responsible for the disbursement of vast sums of monies in state run Health and Human Services departments. The case workers are there to fill a seat, put in hours and make key strokes – state policies are seldom considered. Accuracy is of little or no concern.
Transfer those attitudes to the financial records of an entire nation. Result? – FINANCIAL CHAOS.
The State of Michigan’s DHHS is a prime example. There is every reason to expect most other states are little different.
