    I am with you Dave on the bridge scam. In Puget Sound we have port pilots that
    insure the ships are guided for the safety of all; water safety, ecology, etc. so
    I find it hard to believe there were no port pilots in a very strategic waterway. It appears that all safety systems are broken, govt. agencies, corporations, to the supreme court and Congress who is holding the bag. Time to pray to God?
