I do not think that blast pro fan would work in a electrical outage that lasted days because you need electricity to charge that fan and it’s max running time is 24 hours. Not really a good choice for outage fan. Solar power would probably be a better option. Maybe your should change your advertising text ?

There’s something I don’t understand here. I am a Texas attorney (retired, thank God) and I practiced civil law for 35 years. In my experience if someone files a frivolous lawsuit against you, you can ask the court to pay your attorneys fees. If someone sues you for libel or slander and admits that what you said is true that’s a perfect example of a frivolous lawsuit.
