James Comer alleges that President Biden and Hunter broke racketeering, money laundering, tax fraud, and foreign lobbying laws, backed by over 150 Treasury Department suspicious activity reports typically associated with money laundering, human trafficking, and terrorism. Comer further asserts that Hunter, James, and Sara Biden utilized at least 20 shell companies to transfer millions of dollars from foreign individuals to at least nine members of the Biden family. These actions violated the Foreign Agent Registration Act, as they operated as unregistered foreign lobbyists.

According to FBI and IRS whistleblowers cited by Comer, the Justice Department protected Hunter from felony charges, and the FBI neglected to investigate the Bidens.
This involved rejecting search warrants, limiting witness interviews, and prohibiting questions about the President. In the words of Rep. Comer, “It’s illegal to create a bunch of shell companies. It’s illegal to launder money. It’s illegal to accept bribes from foreign nationals. It’s illegal not to pay taxes on the money you make. And it’s illegal to not register as a foreign agent if you are working as a foreign agent.” Comer also accuses Hunter Biden of spending significant amounts on escort services flagged by the Treasury Department in suspicious activity reports, potentially involving women trafficked from Russia and Ukraine. Given the mountain of evidence supporting these claims, how can anyone honestly argue that the FBI and Justice Department are not being weaponized to target Trump while simultaneously safeguarding the Bidens?
- America First Legal (AFL) announced a lawsuit against the Justice Department and Attorney General Merrick Garland over their failure to require Hunter Biden to register as a foreign agent.
- As Breitbart News reported, CEFC China Energy Co., a company linked to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), paid Hunter Biden a $1 million legal retainer and $3.8 million in consulting fees. Two months later, Hunter Biden told whistleblower Tony Bobulinski that he did not want to register as a foreign agent on behalf of CEFC.
- In addition, Hunter Biden sat on the board of Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian energy company, in which he earned $83,000 a month. During that relationship, Hunter Biden was possibly involved in a phone call between then-Vice President Joe Biden and then-Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, a National Archives email shows. Poroshenko was the Ukrainian politician that fired a prosecutor probing Burisma, and Joe Biden later bragged about the firing.
- “Attorney General Garland failed to require proper registration or otherwise follow legal procedures concerning a FARA waiver for Hunter,” AFL said.
- “Federal law makes clear that no person shall act as an agent of a foreign principal unless he has filed with the Attorney General a true and complete registration statement and files applicable supplements – none of which occurred during the Obama administration,” AFL argued.

I like your theory about what may happen. Scary as it may seem. However, there could be a couple of scenarios that may result prior to Trump’s inauguration that may occur. Here is my take on what could happen.
1. A blanket pardon of individuals within the DOJ that may have unlisted charges or convictions that were never made public along with the A.G. and the immediate staff and lawyers involved in the attempted take down of Trump by either Kamala or Biden.
2. Who or what is going to stop those individuals that I mentioned above from not leaving the country and go somewhere where there is no extradition treaty with the U.S. (i.e. Brazil, Argentina, etc.)
3. Can those leaders of those countries work with or may have worked something out with Trump prior to 2020, would round those people up and send them back regardless of the consequences they may face with their constituency and their own governments?
That is just a few things that I have questions about.
