transportation grants for Colorado:
The funds were slated to pay for increasing the use of electric vehicles and EV charging options, as well as rail improvements, including research into hydrogen and natural gas-powered trains. Some of the money was slated for a specific transit project in Fort Collins.
“Effective immediately, USDOT has canceled five different projects in Colorado — ranging from woke, zero-emission plans to ‘green’ rail cars,” Danna Almeida, a spokesperson for the U.S. Department of Transportation, said in a written statement. “These projects did not align with President Trump’s ambitious America First agenda or were redundant.”
The five grant awards that are being slashed are:
- $11.7 million that was slated to go to Fort Collins to electrify its vehicle fleet and expand the city’s electric vehicle charging infrastructure
- $11.7 million that was going to the Colorado State University Pueblo to study how to power rail vehicles with hydrogen and natural gas
- $66.4 million to the Colorado Department of Transportation that was going to pay for rail improvements in northern Colorado, including the installation of positive train control, a safety mechanism aimed at preventing crashes caused by operator error
- $8.34 million awarded to Colorado to help expand and shore up electric vehicle charging options statewide. Gov. Jared Polis’ administration said the money was going to support maintenance for up to 363 electric vehicle charger ports in as many as 197 locations statewide.
- $10.7 million that Fort Collins was expecting to build a transit station and roundabout at the intersection of West Elizabeth Street and South Overland Trail as part of a bus-rapid-transit initiative

It would take 3-5 days more for this ship to arrive around the Strait of Hormuz. And we know the purpose of this? To secure the Strait of Hormuz and allow passage of oil tankers. Since the war has started, everyone knows that Strait is the most powerful weapon of Iran. US is trying to gain control over it, and this needs time. By giving a 5-day deadline, Trump is not only giving relief to the markets but also buying enough time for American ships to reach Strait.

It’s pure Trump rhetoric: ironic understatement to sound tough, intimidate adversaries (like Iran), rally his base, and frame his foreign policy as wildly successful without spelling it out. News outlets described it as signaling a “hardline stance” amid the tensions.
Basically, he’s flexing: “Yeah, peace through strength… but you have no idea how strong we’re really being.” Classic move.
Whatever Trump’s master plan is, it revolves around global trade.

the exact same tune for years – a “peaceful rise,” a “multipolar world order,” and “shared power” with America. They couch it in such docile language knowing full well what it means – the slow erosion of American primacy while they build up their military capacity, steal tech, and dominate global supply chains. Federal law strictly prohibits this kind of private salary supplementation:
- 18 U.S.C. § 209 makes it illegal for any federal employee (including TSA officers) to accept any salary, contribution, or supplementation from a private source “as compensation for his services as such an employee.” It is a criminal statute. The law exists to prevent conflicts of interest, bribery risks, and outside influence over government workers.
- Federal agencies cannot accept private donations to cover payroll. Salaries for federal employees must come exclusively from congressional appropriations. Only the U.S. government can legally issue pay for official duties.
What Could Happen Instead?
- Musk could theoretically give individual TSA workers cash gifts (subject to annual gift-tax limits and ethics rules), or his companies could offer interest-free loans or hardship grants. Some private donors and companies did similar things (food drives, GoFundMe-style aid) in past shutdowns, but this is not the same as “paying salaries.”
- Private funds cannot be earmarked for specific payroll without violating appropriations law and anti-supplementation rules.
- The offer seems intended to spotlight the shutdown’s impact and push Congress to act (similar to how Musk has commented on other government issues).

Well, that is outside of LA County.

Additionally, its tech enjoys widespread use globally, meaning the fallout will include election fraud in countries around the world. Now, back to P.R. and their use of Dominion election technology. Dominion is the largest election tech company operating in the US (under the brand name ‘Liberty Vote), and is being used by 27 states (and P.R.). This implies that the reach of the investigation casts a much wider net than just the testimony Maduro can provide, specific to Smartmatic’s use in the United States.
We approached P.R. because the request (which they agreed to) provided for a smooth transfer of the hardware, since there are no sovereign-state power barriers. And for this reason, no lawsuits, injunction requests, temporary restraining orders, or court challenges were filed to block, delay, or contest the handover.
The ODNI was undertaking this investigation on the down low, away from prying eyes and the attention it would have otherwise drawn. This is pertinent because the handover occurred in May, 2025, and the public didn’t find out about it until Feb 2026.
Had the request for the hardware/software been adjudicated in US courts, the investigation would have been known about the better part of a year earlier. Now ask yourself, do you think that was just a case of happenstance that this route was taken, or does that look/sound more like a tactical decision to move forward in what amounts to ‘stealth mode’ from a legal perspective?
