If Saying An Election Is Stolen Is A Crime, Why Isn’t Stacey Abrams In Prison?
- The fourth and latest round of indictments against former President Donald Trump suggests that constitutionally protected actions such as questioning election results, asking for phone numbers, and encouraging voters to watch TV are now indictment-worthy acts of conspiracy. If claiming an election is stolen is truly a crime, as prosecutors and grand jurors in Trump’s Georgia case suggested on Monday, failed gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams should be behind bars.
- Abrams lost the race for governor in Georgia in 2018 to then-Secretary of State Brian Kemp by 1.4 percentage points. Due to the small margin of victory, Abrams refused to formally concede her loss because she believed the election was “tainted” which led to the “disinvestment and disenfranchisement of thousands of voters.”
- In her “non-concession speech,” the Democrat admitted that Kemp “will be certified as the victor in the 2018 gubernatorial election” but stopped short of officially agreeing that she lost.
- “To be clear, this is not a speech of concession. Concession means to acknowledge an action is right, true, or proper. As a woman of conscience and faith, I cannot concede,” Abrams said.
- The activist threatened lawsuits but never provided evidence for her claims that black voters’ votes were being suppressed at the polls. Instead of facing punishment for her lies, Abrams was elevated by her party and the corporate media as the face of their attempt to permanently manipulate elections ahead of Trump’s second and third runs. She was so encouraged by this attention that she ran and lost against Kemp again in 2022.

- Former President Donald Trump is not a resident of Georgia. His primary residence is in Palm Beach Florida, at Mar-A-Lago, while his secondary residence is in Trump Tower in Manhattan. This makes Trump a “flight risk,” at least in the narrow definition of someone who might flee the jurisdiction of Fulton County, Georgia. This is exacerbated by the realization that the former president also owns a former jet airliner, a Boeing-manufactured 757-200, proudly named “Trump Force One.”
- The Donald even has armed Secret Service bodyguards whose mandate is to use deadly force if necessary to protect a president’s life. Knowing this, what Fulton County or Georgia police officer would dare draw his or her gun in an attempt to stop Trump from departing Fulton County, even if this is in violation of a local judge’s order?

- George Sorors’ Open Society Foundations, which are now controlled by his son Alexander, will cease most of its operations in the European Union.

Many Millions Believe Violence Justified to Keep Trump From Presidency
- Nearly 12% of Americans, some 30 million or more, say that using violent force would be justified if that’s what is needed to keep President Donald Trump out of the White House.
- The stunning reveal comes from the organization Dangers to Democracy via a report in the Guardian.
- The study was done by the University of Chicago Project of Security & Threats, run in that far-left city, and pointed out that some 7% say violence is justified to prevent the prosecution of President Trump, more than 17% believe it could be used to ensure members of Congress do the right thing, 12% would allow it to “restore the federal right to abortion” and more.
- The report cited the recent indictments by the Joe Biden-supervised Department of Justice of Trump, for his likely First Amendment-protected statements and his possession of classified documents from his presidency.
- Key to that dispute is that Joe Biden also had classified documents from when he was vice president in his offices and homes, including a garage with little security, and there have been no charges against him.
- “The indictment is radicalizing support for Trump, but that’s not the only source of radicalization,” Robert Pape, a University of Chicago professor who led the research, told the Guardian.
