  • The three liberal justices Sotomayor, Kagan and Jackson dissented.
  • The Trump Administration will strip TPS from 350,000 Haitians and 6,000 Syrians.

It has been in effect for approximately 16 years and 5 months as of today (June 25, 2026).

BOOM! Postmaster General Tells Congress USPS WILL NOT DELIVER Mail-In Ballots to States That Refuse to Comply with President Trump’s Election Integrity Executive Order

  • The Radical Left just got hit with another major blow to their favorite election fraud vehicle.
  • During testimony before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee on Wednesday, U.S. Postmaster General David Steiner confirmed that the United States Postal Service will refuse to deliver mail-in and absentee ballots in any state that fails to comply with President Trump’s March 31, 2026 Executive Order on election integrity.
  •  
  • The order requires states to submit detailed manifests, including voter names, addresses, and unique barcode identifiers, at least 60 days before federal elections so USPS can verify eligibility and track ballots.
  • States that refuse to hand over the lists or follow the new security standards (special “Official Election Mail” envelopes with intelligent mail barcodes) will simply not have their ballots delivered by the Postal Service.
  • Steiner made it crystal clear under questioning from Sen. Gary Peters (D-MI):

“If a state refuses to turn their absentee voter list over to the federal government, will the Postal Service still mail their ballots under this proposed rule?”

  • Steiner: “Under our proposed regulation, no.”
  • He added that USPS would inform non-compliant states: “We would tell the state that we need the manifest.”

And that puts State Election Officials ON NOTICE well before the process begins that they will be questioned about all tracked questionable ballots. And if The States are correct and they included ballots for people that The Fed’s were wrong about then no harm is done to anyone.

But if The Fed’s are correct and those State Officials were on prior notice that they could be violating Federal Election Law about SPECIFIC questionable ballots that the USPS delivers for them then they are subject to investigation and possibly prosecution because they were dully and OFFICIALLY WARNED BEFORE they included the questionable ballots in their individual State list.

This brings personal accountability into State Election Offices in a manner that they are currently unaccustomed to.

And personal accountability with Federal teeth helps to focus the bureaucratic mind. Far better to cooperate in advance with The Fed’s and MUTUALLY pre-identify any possible non-conforming ballot issues that may be going into State lists than to face an investigation and possible prosecution later.  

States can still use drop boxes, this is only outgoing. 

However, states have several ways to bypass or minimize USPS for sending ballots out:

  • In-person pickup: Voters request a ballot (online, by phone, or in person) and pick it up at election offices, early voting centers, libraries, or other designated government locations.
  •  Limited use of private carriers (e.g., UPS/FedEx for bulk shipments in some cases), though USPS has a statutory monopoly on most letter mail and election mail often uses USPS-specific handling.
  •   Counties could print and distribute ballots through their own offices or secure drop/pickup points (sometimes loosely referred to in casual discussion as “drop boxes,” though the technical term for returns is more precise).

 For getting ballots to voters, states have workable (if sometimes more cumbersome) alternatives to avoid USPS involvement. Election administration remains largely a state and local responsibility, so individual states can adapt their procedures accordingly. 

  It doesn’t really matter to me. I know that one way or the other, the 2026 election will be secure, because it’s a matter of National Security, as we are under assault from within via a corrupt conspiracy/insurrection who wish to overthrow the United States of America, and POTUS confirmed he is willing to handle it himself if has to. It would be much better optically for the Senate GOP to pass this into law and for Trump to not have to do it the Executive way, but I’m at the point where I don’t give a rat’s ass. Trump is going to save this nation, whether anyone likes it or not, and anyone who thinks he does not have the power or authority to do so, is mistaken.
