Voters now see that the economy is heading in the wrong direction caused by the Biden admin and the Fed. Banks will not give your money to you, why because its really not your money. Trump shows the people who his tax cuts benefited the people [JB] will raise taxes and it already started. IMF warns about war effecting the economy. The [DS] begins testing major choke points across the country. They blocked bridges. This will be used during chaos that they are going to unleash closer to the elections. Trump’s trial is now underway, the trial is a show trial, the outcome is predetermined. Trump might go to jail, hopefully not but be prepared. NYT Poll: 4% of Voters Say Biden’s Economy Is ‘Excellent’; 52% Say ‘Poor’
  • Only four percent of voters believe President Joe Biden’s economy is “excellent,” while 52 percent say it is “poor,” a New York Times/Siena poll found Saturday.
  • The survey asked respondents, “Thinking about the nation’s economy, how would you rate economic conditions today?”
    • 4 percent said excellent
    • 17 percent said good
    • 27 percent said only fair
    • 52 percent said poor

  • In addition, a strong majority of voters believe Biden’s America is on the wrong track, as voters look more fondly on former President Donald Trump’s presidency, the poll found:

    • Right track: 25 percent
    • Wrong direction: 64 percent
    • Don’t know/Refused: 11 percent

    The poll sampled 1,059 registered voters from April 7-11, with polling having a 3.7 point margin of error. Forty-three percent of respondents voted for Biden in 2020, while only 36 percent voted for Trump.

Attorneys General of More Than a Dozen States Allege Bank of America is ‘De-Banking’ Conservatives

  • More than a dozen Republican attorneys general have raised concerns alleging that Bank of America (BoA) is “de-banking” some customers because of their religious or political views.
  • Fox News Digital obtained a letter from Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach to BoA’s CEO Brian T. Moynihan suggesting that the company “appears to be conditioning access to its services on customers having the bank’s preferred religious or political views.”
  • Fox News reports:

“Your discriminatory behavior is a serious threat to free speech and religious freedom, is potentially illegal, and is causing political and regulatory backlash,” the letter sent Monday states. “Your bank needs to be transparent with and assure us, its shareholders, and others that it will not continue to de-bank customers for their speech or religious exercise,” the AGs wrote.

 The AGs claim that Bank of America has previously denied services to gun manufacturers, distributors, and sellers, fossil-fuel producers, contractors for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and private prisons and related services.

 House Managers To Deliver Mayorkas Impeachment Articles To Senate

 

  •   Two counts of impeachment against Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas, approved on Feb. 13 by the House of Representatives, are to be formally presented to the U.S. Senate today.
  • Eleven House members previously named as impeachment managers will walk from the lower chamber through Statuary Hall in the Capitol and then to the Senate in a brief ceremony that has been repeated only 17 times since the first Congress in 1789. House Democrats did so twice after impeaching former President Donald Trump in 2020 and 2021.
  • Eight of the 17 Senate impeachment trials resulted in convictions, while nine ended without convictions. A two-thirds majority of the Senate is required to convict an impeached officer of the federal government. Neither former President Donald Trump, former President Bill Clinton in 1998, nor President Andrew Johnson in 1868 were convicted.
  • Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) is expected to enter a motion either to dismiss or table the two impeachment counts against Mr. Mayorkas. Earlier this year, Mr. Schumer described the House impeachment action as a “sham.”
  • With public anger over the more than 8 million illegal immigrants allowed to enter the country under President Joe Biden, Mr. Schumer is determined to avoid a public trial during which the House managers can be expected to present evidence demonstrating Mr. Mayorkas acted at the direction of the chief executive.
  • Senate Republicans, led by senators Ted Cruz of Texas, Mike Lee of Utah, John Kennedy of Louisiana, Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, Eric Schmitt of Missouri, and Roger Marshall of Kansas will attempt to bring multiple points of order against Mr. Schumer’s motion.

Trump’s Truth Social formally launching video streaming platform

  • “The streaming content is expected to focus on live TV including news networks, religious channels, family-friendly content including films and documentaries; and other content that has been cancelled, is at risk of cancellation, or is being suppressed on other platforms and services,” the company said in the release. 
  • The company made the announcement after “six months of testing on its Web and iOS platforms.
  • The formal rollout will begin with streaming of live TV to the Truth Social smartphone app followed by delivering the content through streaming apps for home TV.

NSA “Just Days Away From Taking Over The Internet” Warns Ed Snowden

  • The United States National Security Agency (NSA) is only days away from “taking over the internet” with a massive expansion of its surveillance powers, according to NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden

  • The bill in question reforms and extends a part of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) known as Section 702.
  • Currently, the NSA can force internet service providers such as Google and Verizon to hand over sensitive data concerning NSA targets.
  • However, Goitein claims that through an “innocuous change” to the definition of “electronic communications surveillance provider” in the FISA 702 bill, the U.S. government could go far beyond its current scope and force nearly every company and individual that provides any internet-related service to assist with NSA surveillance.
  • “That sweeps in an enormous range of U.S. businesses that provide wifi to their customers and therefore have access to equipment on which communications transit. Barber shops, laundromats, fitness centers, hardware stores, dentist’s offices.”
  • Additionally, the people forced to hand over data would be unable to discuss the information provided due to hefty gag order penalties and conditions outlined in the bill, added Goitein.

Biden Admin Says “Limited Scope” Israeli Attack On Iran Still Comin

 

Starting Monday US officials were cited in various media outlets offering their view that Israel won’t strike Iran directly, but will launch significant operations against their proxies instead.

On Tuesday a senior Biden administration official reiterated what he said is the White House expectation that the coming Israeli response will be “limited” in scope. Another official said it is still possible that Israel will strike inside Iran directly, but not in a way that triggers all-out war, as cited in CNN:

 

Meanwhile there are claims that the US has signaled Iran that it should allow a ‘symbolic’ Israeli strike so that the situation can return to the status quo…

US Supreme Court Rules Idaho Can Enforce Ban on Sex Changes for Children – Healthcare Professionals Can Face Up to 10 Years in Prison For Mutilating Kids

  • Idaho previously enacted the Vulnerable Child Protection Act which protected children from dangerous puberty blockers and procedures that remove body parts. 
  • Far-left activists sued to stop Idaho from protecting children so Idaho’s Attorney General quickly acted and appealed to the 9th Circuit. After the 9th Circuit denied its request, the Attorney General’s office appealed to the US Supreme Court to allow the law to take effect while the case makes its way through the courts.
  • The US Supreme Court on Monday ruled that Idaho can enforce its ban on sex changes for children. Healthcare professionals can face up to 10 years in prison for mutilating children or providing puberty blockers to them.

A divided Supreme Court on Monday allowed Idaho to mostly enforce a law that bans gender-affirming health care for transgender teens.

Granting an emergency request filed by Idaho officials, the court said the law enacted last year could go into effect statewide but cannot be applied against the two plaintiffs who challenged it.

The court’s three liberal justices objected to the decision, saying the law should have remained blocked in full.

U.S. District Court Judge Lynn Winmill ruled in December that the state could not enforce the law while litigation continues. The state has appealed to the San Francisco-based 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals but it has yet to rule.

Judge Merchan Warns Trump He Could Face Jail Time for Missing Court – Trump May Miss His Son Barron’s High School Graduation

Trump will Be Found Guilty in NYC And Bragg Will Try to Imprison Him

  •  We already know the outcome – Trump will receive nothing of a fair trial, and Bragg, with the judges, will find Trump Guilty, and they WILL try to imprison Trump  . whatever they do to Trump has opened the door for rouge Republican prosecutors to do the same to Democrats. This is the start of the American Civil War, and ironically, the first one began on April 12th, 1861, and here this one will be instigated on April 15th, 2024 – 163 years later or just about 19 waves of 8.6 years.
  • NYC’s reputation for corruption is indeed historic. The New York Times (NYT) became a major player in the newspaper business when it exposed the corruption in the Democratic Party led by “Boss” Tweed. All the other established newspapers were on the take and opposed the NYT’s exposing of Tweed. Just like Trump’s lawyer Cohen, who will be Bragg’s star witness, they were all pointing fingers at each other, and Tweed agreed to cooperate in return for getting out of prison. Tweed had the courts rigged and ballots. After he turned everyone else in, the Government refused to honor the deal and left him in prison. That is how badly this affair tarnished the reputation of Democrats in New York City – the cesspool of political corruption. Nothing has changed.
