The ‘New York Pizza Party’: NYC’s Green Rule Could Shutdown Upwards of 100 Pizza Joints in the City – March 20th Protest Announced

  • The climate tyranny continues—this time in New York City.  As if New Yorkers dealing with an influx of illegal immigrants thanks to their state’s “Sanctuary City” law wasn’t difficult enough for citizens of the Big Apple, a new Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) rule will further hamper the ‘comeback’ for many iconic eateries.  On April 27th, local pizzerias and bagel shops will be forced to replace their wood-burning or coal-burning ovens with more ‘green’ options or install expensive air filtration systems.
  • The NYC ‘rule’ will essentially require pizzerias with pre-2016 ovens to invest in a filtration system that will reportedly cost upwards of $20,000, according to the New York Post back in June:

Under the mandate, restaurants with coal-and-wood-fired ovens must hire an engineer or architect to assess the feasibility of installing emission controls devices to achieve a 75% reduction in particulate emissions.

If this report concludes that a reduction of 75% or more cannot be achieved, or that no emissions controls can be installed, it must identify any emission controls that could provide a reduction of at least 25% or an explanation for why no emission controls can be installed.

  • This has led New York “Patriot-Activist-Artist” Scott LoBaido to call for a protest at noon on Wednesday, March 20th.  The concept behind the protest is reminiscent of the historic Boston Tea Party:  LoBaido is encouraging New Yorkers to assemble peacefully at City Hall with two pizzas and a dozen (or two) bagels.  One pizza will be to “feed the pigeons,” while the other will be handed out to feed the homeless in the area:

Biden budget sets up massive mystery hikes to offset Trump cuts for middle class 

  • The Biden White House has said it wants to keep Trump tax cuts for the middle class after they expire, but the latest budget doesn’t offer a plan on what specific tax hikes will be pursued to pay for that massive cost to the Treasury.
  • And the amount needed to offset the tax cuts is huge, in the trillions of dollars.
  • But it is also notable for what it leaves out. Namely, it is missing budget projections showing how the administration’s plan to renew a huge chunk of the Trump tax cuts would affect the country’s fiscal footing and how the White House plans to pay for it.
  • The backstory is that the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, also known as the Trump or Republican tax cuts, was passed in 2017 and overhauled the tax code for corporations and people.
  • For procedural reasons, Republicans made it so that the individual provisions in the legislation were temporary, set to expire in 2025.
  • If the individual provisions under TCJA expire, most middle-class people would see a net tax hike, something that is politically unpalatable to both Republicans and Democrats.
  • The White House, on the other hand, is in a trickier position.
  • Biden campaigned on and has repeatedly vowed not to raise taxes on any people earning less than $400,000 annually. While the president is seeking to raise taxes on corporations and the wealthy, the White House has said it would push to keep the tax cuts for the middle class. It is also aiming to further enlarge the child tax credit, which the GOP tax law expanded.

Biden has not a issued a similar statement for 22-year-old nursing student Laken Riley who was abducted and savagely murdered February 22 while jogging on campus at the University of Georgia. Riley’s accused killer is an illegal alien from Venezuela paroled into the United States in 2022 by the Biden administration. Biden was shamed by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) into saying Riley’s name at last week’s State of the Union address.
  • Biden’s statement on Benedict comes a day after the medical examiner ruled her death a suicide.
  • Benedict’s death became a cause célèbre for the LGBTQ movement which propagated the lie that she was beaten to death in the fight. Benedict, a sophomore at Owasso High School, told police she threw water on a group of girls in a bathroom because they were making fun of how she and her friends were laughing.

  • If TikTok data collection was the issue, the law would be structured to ban foreign data collection.  That’s not what this is.  This is a law written to give the Executive Branch the power to define any platform as “foreign owned” by the service provider (even if domestic) and the substance of the content contained and/or distributed.  This has to be stopped.

  •  Ultimately, if you stand back and look at what is being done, you see the concern of the U.S. government is not data collection, its information control.
  • The TikTok ban, authorized by a duplicious Legislative branch, is expanding the ability of the Executive branch to control information.  Just as The Patriot Act was not about targeting terrorism, but really about domestic surveillance; so too is the TikTok ban not about foreign data collection, it’s about information control.

3. When Tik Tok is sold, who will buy it? And why is the expectation that it will be better? If it’s Meta, the content will be very unlikely to change, therefore all the conservatives, who think this bill will protect our children, will be greatly disappointed when it doesn’t change at all.

The same gender lies are all over Instagram just like they are on Tik Tok. Lastly, who gets rich when elected members of congress vote to force ByteDance to sell Tik Tok? Which investment company and investors? Are any of them elected? Bill sponsors/cosponsors? Just asking.

4. If we want to be tough on China, why don’t we move our critical supply chain to be made in America? Why don’t we ban the green new deal which forces America to rely on China for EV batteries? Why don’t we become energy independent again by opening up drilling all over America and rebuilding every sector of fossil fuel energy in the U.S. and dominate the world? Why don’t we make decisions that strengthen our dollar?

5. If as parents, we don’t like what our children are being exposed to then why don’t we be parents and stop our children from being exposed to it?

Trump vs. Biden Rematch Virtually Assured After Former President Becomes Presumptive GOP Nominee

  • To no one’s surprise, former President Donald Trump became the presumptive GOP nominee after making a clean sweet of three more Republican presidential primaries – Georgia, Mississippi and Washington.

CISA confirms it was breached by attackers using Ivanti flaws, some systems taken offline 

  • Two major systems were breached, CISA admits
  • Confirmation of the breach came from CISA itself, as well as from an anonymous source “with knowledge of the situation”, with a CISA spokesperson telling The Record the organization “identified activity indicating the exploitation of vulnerabilities in Ivanti products the agency uses”.
  • “The impact was limited to two systems, which we immediately took offline. We continue to upgrade and modernize our systems, and there is no operational impact at this time,” the spokesperson said. As they shared no further details, the publication spoke to an anonymous source familiar with the matter, who claimed that the systems breached, and subsequently turned off, included the Infrastructure Protection (IP) Gateway, and the Chemical Security Assessment Tool (CSAT).
  • Ivanti’s 2024 woes
  • The former holds “critical information” about the interdependency of U.S. infrastructure, while the latter holds “private sector chemical security plans”. CSAT holds “some of the country’s most sensitive industrial information”, the publication further claimed, saying that includes the Top Screen tool for high-risk chemical facilities, Site Security Plans, and the Security Vulnerability Assessment.
  • Unfortunately, we don’t know if this was a ransomware attack, and if the attackers actually stole any of the sensitive data allegedly stored on these endpoints. Furthermore, the identity of the attacks is also unknown, but if it was ransomware, it’s most likely either LockBit, BlackCat (ALPHV), or Cl0p.
