  •   Air Force General Gregory M. Guillot, who testified before the Senate Armed Services Committee Thursday and answered questions from Sen. Ted Budd (R-NC). Guillot took over as Commander of the United States Northern Command and North American Aerospace Defense Command in February.

“The number of incursions was something that was alarming to me as I took command last month,” Guillot told the senator. “I don’t know the actual number – I don’t think anybody does – but it’s in the thousands…”

  • If the content, platform, website, or social media app generates content that is considered a national security threat, and providing information therein that is deemed to be under the control of a “foreign adversary,” it is the content within, not necessarily the platform ownership itself, that transfers compliance inquiry to the U.S government (DOJ Attorney General) for definitions.
  • If, for example, a U.S. company (think Twitter or CTH) is deemed to be providing information that is controlled by Russia, or actors who participate in the platform content on behalf of Russia (expand your FARA thinking here), then the U.S. or non-Foreign Adversary designation, may result in review subject to the terms of service as created and defined by the DOJ. In this example, the “Foreign Adversary” designation is simply a nose under the tent.
  • The DOJ, through this act, essentially becomes the overarching determination of terms of service (TOS) that can supersede the TOS of the platform or website.  Want to fight the definition or determination… prepare to spend big money fighting a battle exclusively in the DC Circuit Court of Appeals, as that’s the only place you can appeal the determination of the govt.

  • The ruling was unanimous.
  • On Friday, the Supreme Court ruled unanimously that members of the public can, in certain cases, sue government officials who block or mute them on social media.The justices determined that whether a lawsuit is justified will depend not only on who the blocker is, but whether they acted using an official account where government business is conducted.According to NBC News, Justice Amy Coney Barrett wrote in the ruling that social media accounts can be viewed as official channels of communication when the user “possessed actual authority to speak on the state’s behalf” and “purported to exercise that authority.”
     “In some circumstances,” she added, “the post’s content and function might make the plaintiff’s argument a slam dunk,” such as when the account is marked as official.

    The ruling was made in response to two cases out of California and Michigan. In the former,Poway Unified School District Board of Trustees members Michelle O’Connor-Ratcliff and TJ Zane, blocked parents Christopher and Kimberly Garnier from commenting on their Facebook page and Twitter posts. Lower courts sided with the parents.

    In the latter, Port Huron City Manager James Freed blocked a woman who posted criticism in response to his explanation of the city’s response to the Covid-19 pandemic. Lower courts sided with the official.

Only then can we be sure that Jehovah will show us favor in our time of need.

    At what cost? “I believe, in the end”… been listening to you for years. What’s going to happen is you’ll keep moving the goalpost. Trump isn’t going to see to it that these people are held accountable A lot of these same things were going on during his first term. Bottom line…
    ENOUGH people are awake. It’s going to come down to the people. Staying calm isn’t the thing to do. Military leaders could hold press conferences, letting the people know about all the corruption. Explain to the people why there is going to be tribunals. NOT going to happen. I think podcasts like yours are going to be called fake news, in the near future. Voting isn’t going to do anything. Once Trump knows? What are you even saying? Your podcast is good for hearing about all the corruption. That’s it. All this Trump is god shit got old a long time ago I think you’re going to be surprised how many people just sit the election out. Millions of people are just going to be prepared to deal with whatever the corrupt government, and their partners in crime, throw at us.
