They have told Iran do not try anything, this is the same tactic that they always use when they want war.   • The United Auto Workers strike expanded again on Monday as thousands of workers walked out and shut down Stellantis’ largest plant.
  • 6,800 workers walked out of the Sterling Heights Assembly Plant in Michigan on Monday morning.

JUST IN: U.S. Attorney Accused Of Refusing To Charge Hunter Biden Is Set To Testify 

  • U.S. Attorney for the Central District of California, E. Martin Estrada, is set to testify in a closed-door session before the House Judiciary Committee on Tuesday. Estrada, a Biden appointee, will testify about his role in Special Counsel David Weiss’ investigation into Hunter Biden’s financial matters, according to a report from Breitbart News.
  • IRS whistleblowers have accused Estrada of refusing to cooperate with Weiss on potential charges against the president’s son in his district. The New York Times confirmed the allegation in June, as did U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, Matthew Graves, who also refused to file charges. IRS Supervisor Darrell Waldon further confirmed the allegation in September, becoming the fourth IRS employee to do so.

  • Slipped into Biden’s budget request to Congress is $100 million to help the Department of Labor investigate child labor — primarily a labor trafficking pipeline of Unaccompanied Alien Children (UACs) that has spiraled into a major issue for the administration.
  • The request is effectively an admission by the Biden administration that the labor trafficking pipeline of UACs needs millions in additional funding to cripple the network of smugglers and traffickers.

  • President Joe Biden’s deputies welcomed at least one economic migrant into the United States during the last 12 months for every American newborn or high-school graduate.
  • More than 4 million economic migrants crossed the southern border during the government’s October-to-September budget year, according to federal data released October 21.
  • In contrast, 3.67 million Americans were born during the matching 12-month period in 2022, according to the Census Bureau. That 2022 number includes at least 400,000 births to illegal migrants.
  • The inflow also creates vast economic competition for the 3 million American youths who graduated from schools in the 10 months up to October 2022, the bureau reported.

Watchdog Group Sues Biden’s DHS for Hiding ‘Special Amnesty’ Policy to Fly Deported Illegal Aliens Back to U.S.
  • The Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) is suing President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for withholding details about its policy to fly certain illegal aliens back to the United States after they were deported under prior administrations.
  • On Monday, executives with IRLI announced their lawsuit against DHS, accusing the agency of refusing to disclose details about its policy, announced in July 2021, to allow certain illegal aliens who served in the U.S. Armed Forces to return to the U.S. despite having been deported for committing crimes.
  • “This administration has made clear its desire to keep criminal aliens in the country, and now they are exploiting the American people’s support of military veterans to allow more potentially dangerous aliens to stay,” IRLI Executive Director Dale Wilcox said in a statement:

  • New Yorkers are unhappy with President Joe Biden (D) for allowing a wave of migrants to flood their communities, a recent poll shows.
  • The New York Post reported Tuesday that a Siena College survey showed 84 percent of voters believe the migrant issue is a serious problem.
  • In addition, approximately 64 percent of voters “flunked the Biden administration’s handling of the migrant influx, while only 29% approved,” the article read.

Biden’s minimalist Middle East policy is a stunning failure

  • Caught off-guard by the stunning and savage Hamas attacks into Israel and unprepared for the resultant chaos, the Biden administration now faces a Middle East at war and on the brink of a catastrophe.
  • Despite denying any involvement in the attack, Iran’s Ayatollah Khamenei openly praised Hamas for it and suggested that a bloody Israeli ground invasion into Gaza may trigger Iranian entry into the fighting. Iran’s foreign minister darkly warned of a multi-front regional war against Israel. Meanwhile, tensions mount and rockets fly along Israel’s northern border as fears grow of an attack into Israel by Lebanese Hezbollah.

Israel kills three Hamas commanders, one who took part in massacre

  • Israeli security forces targeted and killed three senior Hamas military officers on Tuesday, the IDF announced.
  • The Israeli military, directed by the Shin Bet, killed the deputy commanders of Hamas’s Shati and Sheikh Radwan battalions. Khalil Mehjez and Khalil Tetri were both killed in targeted airstrikes.
  • Additionally, the IDF also killed Abed al Rahman, the deputy commander of Hamas’s Nuseirat battalion, who was involved in the mass infiltration on October 7 and the massacre of civilians in kibbutz Be’eri.

  • The “heightened threat environment” is expected to continue, the DHS said.
  • Citing a rising number of domestic hate crimes against Muslims, Arabs and Jews, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security has issued a warning that the intensification of Israeli airstrikes on Hamas targets and a possible ground incursion into Gaza will keep the United States on a “heightened threat environment in the near-to-medium term.”
  • In a new intelligence assessment, the DHS warned of more and more antisemitic and Islamophobic hate attacks occurring in the United States.

A Tearful Jenna Ellis Pleads Guilty in Georgia Election Case in Exchange For Reduced Charges – Forced to Pen Apology Letter in Struggle Session  

  • Trump attorney Jenna Ellis pleaded guilty in Fani Willis’ Georgia election case in exchange for reduced charges.
  • Ellis is the fourth co-defendant and third attorney to plead guilty in the Georgia election case. Not one defendant has pleaded guilty to RICO charges.
  • Marxist Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis previously hit President Trump and 18 others with RICO and conspiracy charges for daring to challenge the 2020 election.
  • A Fulton County grand jury returned a 41-count indictment which included RICO and conspiracy charges against Trump.
  • Jenna Ellis is one of the many lawyers being persecuted by Fani Willis for the “crime” of practicing law.
  • Ellis was charged with counts 1 (RICO) and 2 (Solicitation of Violation of Oath by Public Officer) for attending a Georgia Senate Judiciary Committee hearing.

 

  • A tearful Ellis, 38, pleaded guilty to one count of aiding and abetting false statements and writings on Tuesday. She did not plead guilty to the RICO charge.
  • As part of her plea deal, Ellis was sentenced to 5 years probation, ordered to pay a $5,000 fine, serve 100 hours of community service and pen an apology letter to the people of Georgia in a Mao struggle session.

The allegations in the indictment involve constitutionally authorized activities by President Trump as Commander In Chief, as well as speech and expressive conduct by the First Amendment.”

Democrat D.C. Mayor Opposes Criminals Wearing Masks After Mandating Them 
  • Washington, DC, Mayor Muriel Bowser (D) introduced a crime bill on Monday that includes a ban on criminals wearing masks — after she mandated face coverings during the Chinese coronavirus.

  • “We need to act now,” Bowser told reporters about the soaring crime. “And we need to send the strong message that violence is not acceptable in our city — and this perception that people have, that you can commit a brazen crime and get away with it, has got to stop.”

    “This legislation will change that,” she claimed.

    In 2020, Bowser issued an edict that forced people to wear a mask in the District when they left their homes “if they are likely to come into contact with another person for more than a fleeting moment.” Bowser finally dropped the mandate in late 2022.

    Over a year later, Bowser believes covering one’s face might lead to increased crime. “Obviously, our community’s relationship around wearing masks has changed significantly since 2020, and thank God for that, but we’ve all seen the videos,” Bowser said.
